I felt that I got a great deal, was treated fairly, everyone was honest and the time it took to finish my paperwork with both Q and Christie was so much faster than I expeceted. How can I say enough good things about this dealerships service department??? I have been using them since 2000 and continue to come back time and time again. They always fix the problem right the first time, they are honest and upfront about the cost, and they dont hide anything from you. Whether you are going to wait for your car to be done, or you are going to come back for it, you can count on it to be done quickly, if there happens to be a reason the service is going to take longer then they originally told you, you will be notified well in advance and given a valid reason. Once I had a problem with a vehicle I owned and the warrenty was out by less then 50 miles, they called the appropriate people and got the problem covered by the warrenty, this was a costly repair and I should not have been having a problem with it when I did. I felt like they stood up for me and made the company better by bringing it to the attention of the proper people. I dont think most service departments would have done this for their customers. I have dealt with dealerships before that think here comes a sucker when a woman walks in the door and this place is NOT like that. Roy and Bob are great!!!! I highly recommend them to all my friends who own Toyotas as the best place to have their cars serviced. They are always happy when they go there for the first time. I have now owned 2 Toyotas and plan to buy a third and it will be serviced by Roy and Bob at Performance Toyota also. More

I had a really good experience with performance toyota. I originally bought my vehicle at Chuck Hutton, where they took totally advantage of my situation and sold me a vehicle i did not want. They did not listen to what i need and they mislead me and tricked me for there own advantage. The whole store seemed to team up against me the customer. The worst experience I have ever had buying a car took place at Chuck Hutton. At performance I had a whole new experience. They listened to what i needed and wanted and showed really care and interest. Everyone worked together to get the job done and everyone was super friendly and concern about my needs and happiness. The prices of there vehicle were defiantly fair compared to other dealers and the overall quality, experience, and professionalism received deservers a high ranking. More

I have owned a Toyota Camry, a Toyota Celica and now a 2010 Toyota Corrola S. I recently purchased my 2010 Corrolla S October 30th 2010, and I could not be happier with this purchase. There is a wonderful sense of peace of mind owning a Toyota.Any of the vehicles I have owned, I have always taken to Toyota to have serviced and there aren't enough words to describe the service department. They are all so wonderful and make you feel like you are truly family. I was in there with my husband and 2 yr old niece. My niece and I had just come from doing the race for the cure and had been up since 5 that morning and had not had lunch. I had her in the service waiting room while my husband was looking for me a car, she was getting fussy, hungry and bored. Roy Adams had passed through the waiting room and saw I was trying to keep her entertained, he came back with a few childrens books, pen and paper so she could draw and keep herself busy. I guess they had lunch catered that day because about an hour later he brought her some chips and dip. To go above and beyond like that to keep customers happy is what more of what this world needs. We traded in my other car, Maggie was my sales rep and was so nice and kept us as comfortable as poss. with a 2 yr old. My other car was full of stuff and she helped me clean it out and load the other items into my new car. They honestly treated us as though we were family. There aren't enough words to describe this wonderful team at Performance. I will always be a Toyota owner and will always have my vehicle serviced through Toyota's service department. Roy Adams does a magnificent job as head of that department and they should know how lucky they are to work for someone like him. More
Just a follow-up on my comments below. The General Manager of the Dealership called me and apologized for the lack of service. He had Paula Short in the Service Department come and get my car, got it Manager of the Dealership called me and apologized for the lack of service. He had Paula Short in the Service Department come and get my car, got it serviced and washed! Paula was great in taking care of my problems and called me to update the progress. She also called me twice after delivering the car to make sure all was correct. The General Manager has called since and we discussed ways the issue could have been handled differently by the Service Manager. I will return to this dealership knowing that they do react and fix issues their customers have. I bought a Hybrid Highlander, what a mistake. After 112K miles the hybrid drive went out and cost $10K to repair. I have a Sequoia with 190K miles on it and love it, so I bought a regular Highlander. I get better gas mileage from that one! I was given the "free maintenance" which later I found out I paid for in the contract. Then I go to Performance Toyota and have to fight to get the "free oil changes" every time I go, because they say it is not "in the system" Today I arrived at 7:30 AM and they wanted me to wait till 8:30AM until an office opened so they could get authorization for payment! What POOR customer service. After speaking to Roy Adams the Service Manager, he stated it was their "POLICY" and they would not start the work until they got authorization! More

After being involved in a car accident, I was very concerned about choosing a car that would be safe for me to drive. I test drove a few different models on the lot, and settled on the Toyota Corolla. This was only my second experience purchasing a car, and I was a little nervous before going in that I would be hounded into purchasing a car that was either out of my price range or not what I had in mind. Thankfully, that was not my experience, and my salesman, Buddy, was so wonderful to work with. He understood my concerns and never once tried to push me into buying a car before I left the lot. After dealing with Buddy for the actual sale and enjoying that experience, I have to say that I wasn't very pleased with the finance office. I can't remember the man that I dealt with, but his sales approach for the add-on's was terrible. His office reeked of cigarette smoke, and he joked about general things that I didn't find funny at all. In spite of the finance office, I was very pleased with my overall visit to Performance Toyota, and I have recommended them (and my salesman, in particular) to several friends of mine. I would have no qualms about purchasing another car from this dealership in the future. More
