I hate dealing with car dealers as it consistently seems exhausting but they really made it easy (and at a better price than I could get elsewhere). I had shopped around and Performance Toyota gave me a price for my trade-in that equalled the best I could get anywhere and offered me the most competitive price for the Sienna. Delivery was great and I was introduced to service too. I'd highly recommend to any friend of family member. More
Predatory, non-transparent, does not accept responsibility, focused on saying anything true or not, for a sale. Follow up with "management" yields no recourse Stay well away from this dealersh responsibility, focused on saying anything true or not, for a sale. Follow up with "management" yields no recourse Stay well away from this dealership. Would expect more from Toyota, but Toyota takes no responsibilty whatsoever for the dealers, even though dealers are their agents. This is a trap to stay well away from. More
I contacted the "internet sales department" over the phone and drove up to Memphis to purchase a 4Runner. The buying experience was terrible. They attempted to pressured me to buy extra dealer items suc phone and drove up to Memphis to purchase a 4Runner. The buying experience was terrible. They attempted to pressured me to buy extra dealer items such as etched glass, saying it had already been done. Additionally they were not honest about the cost of the 4Runner. I live in Tupelo and was not able to check the actual cost of the vehicle until afterwords and it cost me about $500. I should have just left the dealer, however I purchased the car. Not a bad car just my absolute worst dealer experience ever. I'll never to that again. I marked the friendliness as a 3, its actually a phony 3. My advice: Don't buy form Performance Toyota in Memphis. More
