Performance Toyota is well represented by Service Manager David Sees. I have a 2000 Toyota Sienna that I have brought in for service and a few repairs over the years. I have always owned a Toyota and have kept each vehicle in excess of 10 years. In addition to being personable I have found David to be trustworthy and very professional. In my book, these characteristics are assets that businesses need to provide quality service for customers. As a female I have had past experiences at other dealerships where I found out that I had been taken advantage of. During my last visit I had to bring my vehicle back in for a previous repair that needed additional adjustments. David was not in, the power at that location was out, and I was informed that I would be without a vehicle for that particular weekend. Although I was greatly inconvenienced, David made everything right with a sincere apology for the inconvenience. He also took the time to explain the repairs (which he always does) and my vehicle was ready for pickup within a few hours. Kudos to Performance and David Sees! More

I had the quickest oil change in history...was in and out in about 30 minutes! Thanks for your professionalism and outstanding waiting area...loved the popcorn and coffee. Staff was excellent. Very nice and welcoming. Lamar Dean service department was very helpful and informative. I don't think there was any question that i had, that he didn't have an answer for me. He gave all the information that i needed and he kept his word when it came to service on my vehicle. I so appreciate his customer service. Another person that was very,very, very nice was Doris, she actually worked with me on my rental car. I left feeling like Doris was my sister or a family member, ok maybe that's going a bit to far, but she was wonderful, and her customer service was really great. and i would definitely recommend this dealership for service, if not for the price, then most definitely for the staff. Awesome job, guys. I'll be loyal customer. More
I purchased my vehicle new from this dealership in 2001. The Service Department is top notch, treats you fairly, and does excellent work, in a timely manner. I was originally paired with Bob Frederick and he was delightful, but he left for a few years. At that time, I was paired with David Sees, and David is a consummate professional. He is knowledgable, friendly, tristworthy, and also a delight to work with. He takes care of me and my vehicles. My experience has been so good that we purchased another new vehicle from Performance Toyota this summer. They are my dealership of choice and I highly recommend them for both your next vehicle purchase, and for service. More

Dave always takes care of me. I probably could get some of the work done cheaper, however you get what you pay for. I was very pleased with my experience at Peformance Toyota!! Everyone there Was extrememly helpful, i never felt like I was being pushed into a sale.
