Here I was the one totally making the decisions and they met my terms politely and without pressure.... offering help and going above and beyond. I had one more vehicle to test drive across the city before making a decision. When I called back to say I was satisfied the Toyota was my best decision they stayed late to complete my deal and get my new Sienna XLE ready. In my hurry to get home after 8 pm I left some electronic equipment in my trade in. When I discovered this around 9:30 that night I called Jimmys cell phone. He returned my call promptly and said he'd found it and some more things I'd overlooked and had them safely put away for me. As an elderly widow I've encountered some sales pressure just looking at vehicles that was most annoying. I did not have that issue here. I brought my 2011 Toyota Sienna in for its 30,000 maintenance and asked how long it would take. I was told about 1-1/2 hours.
