I took my 1999 Camry in to be looked at for a leak and decided to trade it. James Rooker was very professional, answered all my questions and made it an easy and enjoyable experience. Several months ago I brought my car in to be fixed and was very pleased with the way I was treated. Mr Frederick was very professional,courteous and compassionate about serving my needs. Pondering where exactly should I get my vehicle serviced, I happened upon Performance Toyota and the rest is history. When I first arrived I was greeted by Greg Tyler who I felt addressed all of my concerns I happened upon Performance Toyota and the rest is history. Dealer not willing to sell the car for the price whatever advertised price in the news paper. The advertised car is on stock but the sales person told me i am not eligible to get the advertised price. He tol advertised price in the news paper. He told me i have to be student and i have to be military person to get the advertised price. There is no where it was mentioned. Sales person is not friendly at all. I was very upset the way treated me at the dealership. Very disappointed today. I am not going to recommend this dealer anybody. More

I got an oil chang on Oct.1. Two days later, I discovered an oil leak. There were ugly oil stains on my driveway. I called the service center and they said come on over and they'd look at it rig discovered an oil leak. There were ugly oil stains on my driveway. I called the service center and they said come on over and they'd look at it right away. I went over and in about 30 min. I was told that the leak was because on a cracked washer around the bolt that was removed to drain my oil. The washer was replaced, and new oil was put into my car at no cost to me. The problem was handled in a friendly and timely way, but not encountering the problem would have been much better. More

Scheduling the service appointment was easy, as the are open from 7am-7pm. When I dropped off my vehicle for service, they were ready for me and there was no wait at all (in and out in 5 minutes or less, which was great because I was on my way to work). Mr. Sees called me to let me know the status of the repair work needed (luckily in my case, not needed) and my vehicle was ready to pick up in a timely manner. More
