Upon arrival I was met immediately by Heath as a valued customer. He asked what can we do for you today, I told him an oil change and to check my tire pressure. I told him two weeks ago my low tire indicat customer. He asked what can we do for you today, I told him an oil change and to check my tire pressure. I told him two weeks ago my low tire indicator light came on, so I checked them with a tire gauge and they were all low. I filled them all to the normal tire pressure and was good to go. He said that he would check it out because my safety was number one. I felt very important to him. I will always bring my truck back for service because of his caring attitude. Thanks Heath!!! More

Toyota was worked on Friday and today is Monday-so far everything is great. Dave gave a good price = to 3 car payments . The Toyota had 88,500 miles on it and needed a new timing belt and a tune up. Work was completed on time and David communicated very well and even looked to see if he could get me lower prices breaks. David told me things that needed to be replace and thought I could do some of them myself (Example replacing the Air Filter) Time will tell how long the Toyota will continue to run (I hope 5 more years) and if the average MPG will go back up from 20 to 26 MPG, like I was getting when it was new, I will be very happy. I feel he is honest with his description of what my car needs. If he says I need the service or I am going to need it soon, I get it done. You indicate I should answer why I give the rating and it primarily it is because I trust him.If David is not at work on the day I want to come in, I wait until he is there. I deal with him only. I have never had the feeling he is trying tosell me something I don't need. More
