I have used Principle Toyota since I bought my Tacoma there in 2016. I was disappointed when I saw they charged $10 a tire for a wheel weight. My tires were balanced and I got a wheel alignment but eac there in 2016. I was disappointed when I saw they charged $10 a tire for a wheel weight. My tires were balanced and I got a wheel alignment but each tire was inflated to 40 psi when it should have been 30 psi. I wish I had know before that they now charge 3% if you use a credit card. I would have brought a check. I travel from Bartlett to Winchester and now am considering using a dealer 3 miles from home. More

Service department coordinators are very thorough to explain the service recommended based on vehicle mileage. During the process they inform you via texts as to the progress of the service. If anything is found to need to be fixed, they call you to expain and get your approval before fixing. Once finished, the coordinators go through the report of what was done and what, if anything, is recommended for an upcoming maintenance. Everyone in the service department is friendly and kind. I've had my 4runner for 5 years and won't take my car anywhere else. More
