I had a great experience. Great staff! I have a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser. My back door would not lock. Seth Green explained what was happening with the lock. For a temporary resolution the mechanic locked the door - meaning that I would not be able to open the door. That was fine because I would rather have it locked than open. The part was ordered on Monday. Thursday the new lock was placed and my door lock is working again. I can lock manually or with the key remote. This happened just in time for my church health fair. I can now open and closed my door as needed. Great job!!! Thank you Seth and his team members!!!!!!?? More

Due to an emergency situation I went to a different service station as my Sienna van developed some AC issues. They said the AC compressor is not working and gave me an estimate. Yesterday (08/05/15) I went to PT for a second opinion and it is proved that my doubt was true. PT confirmed that there is no problem with AC system although they found some other issues that might have affected the AC performance. Although PT is little bit expensive than other service stations, I like to use them because of their quality and trustworthiness. Babu Thomas More

I also worked with the Sales Manager, Chris Thompson, Finance Director, Aaron Brock and they were just as great. They took me to the service department where I met Seth Green who will be servicing my truck. They all left nothing out. I highly recommend anyone wanting a new or used vehicle to shop here! I must say that I came to Principle Toyota because I had a very bad experience with another Memphis area Toyota dealer who wanted to sell me what they wanted me to buy, and not what I wanted to buy.
