My service experience 8/2015 The service dept told me that a bulb was out on my driver side mirror. I was having several other things fixed and thought it should be fixed too. Simple Oil Change My overall experience was good. The only issue I found was that it took two hours to complete a simple oil change. When scheduling the appointment, I My overall experience was good. When scheduling the appointment, I was told that it would take 1-1 1/2 hours which is the reason my and my daughter stayed to wait. I understand that it was busy on a Saturday but I've never known it to take soo long for an oil change. More
