You need to look at the review system for your dealership. On some of the surveys Toyota is not listed. How can you give a review? I come to Prinicple Toyota because of the professionalism and the leadership. Specifically I come because of John Snell. I am a retired Air Force Colonel. During my 30 years with the military I was stationed over the US and Europe, traveled around the world and worked with outstanding personnel. At one time I was responsible for the review and handling of approximately 35000 personnel. I also sat at senior Judge on Court Martials. No many because of the professionalism of our people. I come to Principle Toyota in Memphis because I met such a professional in the Service Department. His name is John Snell. Completely honest, professional, caring, and shows the interest you want from the Service Department. His goes the 100th mile to ensure that you understand the work accomplished on your vehicle, Even if you don't agree you understand in detail what was needed and what was done. I watched other Service personnel at Principle Toyota and evaluated all of the personnel as caring, direct, honest, and interested in their customer. John excels at all of these and more. He has my complete trust. I never question what he tells me. I experienced this quality many times in the military. Not so in the civilian world. John is my exception and my example that all others working there are of equal quality and value. Thank you to Principle Toyota leaders for supporting their team. They deserve it!!!!!!!!!

Principle Toyota in Memphis Tennessee is a professional and caring dealership. I am there for service on my truck but I also review the new models with the thought of my next purchase. The sales personnel are professional and will spend time with you whether you are buying a new vehicle or reviewing the changes in the vehicles. The service department is second to none in their interest in you and their ability to have your vehicle reviewed, repaired, and returned promptly. No nonsense. Straight professional work and totally responsive to your views and your needs. It is the one stop I make!!! For service it is the only stop I make!!!!!!
