Not your typical dealer I am 61 and this is the first dealership service department I have ever grown to trust. They are timely, professional and always friendly and do NOT d I am 61 and this is the first dealership service department I have ever grown to trust. My Toyota Sienna is always completed on time and I get a call when it's finished. The service managers treat me as if I am the only customer they have that day. Principle Toyota is one of those places that actually practices real customer service. This is a rare thing these days. I just pray they never change. More
