Very responsive. EVERYONE is friendly and helpful. I made an appointment for about noon , and brought the car in for its 100,000 mile service , hoping it would be done before closing. Indeed it was ready, despite their having to replace a worn belt that had not been anticipated. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Craig (GREG?) Tyler took care of me quickly and I went on my way. After I got home, they called to say I had a worn serpentine belt. I authorized replacement. I returned later to pick up the car which was ready on time. Great service. Everyone is helpful and friendly. They make eye contact, and give you a smile constantly,. The atmosphere is pleasant. I have been using their service dept for the past 4-5 years. The recent change in ownership has brought significant improvement in the quality of their work and in the general feel of the place. I will be back. More

She has always shown professionalism in her work and is always honest with me as to my service needs on my vehicles. She does a great job explaining to me service recommendations. If special service is needed, she always gives a good explanation and always gives me the price of the service even if it is not needed to be done on that visit. I like to be told of future service that may be needed in the future so I can budget for it. I hate to be told on the day of service that something is needed and I'm stuck with a $300 or $400 bill at that time. Shay does a great job for Principle Toyota and her customers. Pleasant and friendly. I usually hate going to service department. Went in early and midweek and was attended to immediately and with a very friendly manner. Short time later was told in plain word what was happening and what was needed. Offered a shuttle home but decided to wait there. Comfortable waiting area and even had snacks and coffee, tea and even fresh popcorn. Free wifi and TV. Car was ready before I thought about it because of comfy waiting. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. More

Was told I could drop it off early and catch a shuttle to work at 730am. I didn't need the shuttle but chose to leave it early and was told I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Bob was very nice and received my vehicle anyway but what's the use in calling and getting asked a billion questions if my appointment was not recorded anyway??? Bob's service was SUPERB! More

10K mile check-up The guy who helped me was terrific, the only thing interfering with an Excellent rating in customer service is that a middle-aged black lady sitting i The guy who helped me was terrific, the only thing interfering with an Excellent rating in customer service is that a middle-aged black lady sitting in first chair when I entered service dept totally ignored me while she chatted about non-work issues with a guy who appeared to have a mechanic's uniform on. After 5 minutes of just standing there (EVERY other service rep was on the phone) I finally interrupted her personal chat to ask where I needed to go as I had made an appointment the previous day. She did pause long enough to point a few seats down and said "one of those guys can help you". That gave a terrible impression but when I finally was directed to the person my appointment was scheduled with, Greg, everything was great from there. He explained everything and the whole process took a little less than one hour! More
