I knew I wanted an SUV, but I had to be sure I was getting the best deal. My husband and I were not treated the way I would have expected at any of the dealerships visited. We even made jokes about how they must have thought we were poor because I drive a 20 year old Toyota Camery. However, as soon as we pulled up to Principle Toyota Cassidy came running out the door. She was excited to see us and very informative about the car I wanted. She was a breath of fresh air. She made me excited again to purchase a new car. I would definitely recommend her and the entire staff at Principle Toyota! There, they care about their customers and they do not judge. I also have to give a shout out to Chris Thompson. We was wonderful and explained the car buying process completely. While we were waiting, he took the time to show us more about the car and the different features. After selecting my car of choice, I was told I would be contacted. I never expected the phone to ring only 15 minutes later. It was Paris Johnson at Principle Toyota. From that point forward, they never let up. I say 'they' because despite seeing several names throughout my correspondence, I never got the impression that they weren't working as a team.
