Jimmy was most professional, knowledgeable and personable. He answered all our questions and demonstrated great familiarity with the cars. We made a decision on which car we wanted to buy and he helped us move through the steps of all the paperwork completion. Mr. Carnett helped us on the business side and we were soon ready to drive off in our new car. Jimmy had it all ready for us, explained important features on the car, set up our blue-tooth phone and said we should always feel free to call him with any problems or questions.
