We hit a few hurdles along the way, as expected anytime you trade for a new car, but no hurdle was too much for Stefano! He even had this vehicle delivered to us 250 miles away. Why didn't we just buy one local? No one was willing to work with us like Principle Hyundai did. Stefano remained positive providing options and making it work, and Ross made adjustments as well and moved this deal through. Great experience! More
