The service manager, Jose, noticed my vehicle warranty was close to expiring so he did a full vehicle check up and replaced everything from windshield wipers to interior cosmetic flaws. Jose has gone above and beyond to ensure my vehicle is a safe and comfortable drive. He also made it possible to service my vehicle despite the busy holiday rush and difficulty getting an appointment. More

Service experience I purchased a new 2016 535i BMW and saw condensation in both headlights after a heavy down pour of rain, the same day of purchase. I contacted my sales advisor the same day and he assigned Ricky to be my service advisor. Ricky contacted me the following day and was very attentive with my concerns. There was a hiccup when vehicle was dropped off under the care of another service advisor (Jose Rodriguez) since Ricky was not available. Upon pick up of vehicle, Ricky provided great service. More
