Drop off for service was cumbersome, time consuming. Pick up was even more so. Porters, cashiers, extremely rude and could not answer simple questions. Systems in place seem not to serve customers but o Pick up was even more so. Porters, cashiers, extremely rude and could not answer simple questions. I won’t be back. I have taken my 2013 BMW 128i to this dealership for 4 years for some maintenance. I always expect to somewhat more than I would at a non-BMW shop I have taken my 2013 BMW 128i to this dealership for 4 years for some maintenance. I always expect to somewhat more than I would at a non-BMW shop that works on foreign cars. But this was ridiculous. My wife spilled a cup of coffee on the passenger seat and apparently destroyed the air bag sensor that is located under the seat in a control box. I looked up on line what the average cost was to replace the sensor. I figured maybe $1,200. I received an estimate of $3,600! The service advisor said that because there are not many “1” series BMWs out there, it was a big deal to find a part. Needless to say, I declined to have the work done. I should add that although the service advisor was a very nice young woman, she did not seem to know beans about cars. More
