BMWs are premium cars but this dealership lacks premium service. Service employees need monitoring as some are very rude and unhelpful. Heard complaints from two other people when checking out. I had to file a complaint as my car interior was left dirty after repair. It was not easy to get a managers attention. When I advised the person in service I was returning my car at request of the manager, his response was “What mgr, we have three?!” I was also asked to provide proof of my communication with mgr via email.My next car will not be a BMW. More

The actual dealership and sales side of the house is a pleasant enough experience but I’ve had serious issues with their service department. This 1 star review is being elevated to 2 stars because the service advisor Ms. Alexandria Harbeck went above and beyond to do what she could to salvage this debacle. - June 2024, I brought my 2018 320i-x in for four new tiers & alignment. Service department pointed out that I had a thrust-arm bushing leaking. So they charged me over a grand for new thrust arms. When that was done, I drove a mile down the road and my car started violently rattling with loud clunking. Had to get my car towed back to the shop. Turned out the technician didn’t tighten everything to spec and provided the excuse “that does happen from time to time”. With my car towed back to their shop, they pointed out that my tie-rods had now become seized and needed to be replaced. Not sure how this was missed in the inspection that took place a few days before but i gave them the benefit of the doubt and allowed them to replace the tie-rods which cost me over another grand. On top of that, they tried to charge me another $200 for an alignment that should have only needed to be done once with the tiers if the tech caught the tie-rod issue in the inspection earlier that week. When I finally got my car back many days later, it was screeching super loud when applying the brakes at a slow speed. As soon as my next oil change was due, I took my BMW back in to be inspected. The technician said he couldn’t find anything and it’s unrelated and they want to charge me over $200 for a diagnostic even though it’s a new problem that came along with the last service. At the end of July now and still dealing with the issue. It’s been highly exhausting, expensive, and inconvenient. More

Service was fast and complete. Car was serviced , washed and vacuumed returned within 2 hours. Paul was my service advisor and he kept me updated on status and notified me when the Car was serviced , washed and vacuumed returned within 2 hours.
