BMWs are premium cars but this dealership lacks premium service. Service employees need monitoring as some are very rude and unhelpful. Heard complaints from two other people when checking out. I had to file a complaint as my car interior was left dirty after repair. It was not easy to get a managers attention. When I advised the person in service I was returning my car at request of the manager, his response was “What mgr, we have three?!” I was also asked to provide proof of my communication with mgr via email.My next car will not be a BMW.
