sales team great, traverse meh. I dealt with Matt Manning and he was great. My traverse had a small oil leak which was repaired. I love GM and always have but today was the first day it was over 60 degrees here in IL and the air doesn't work. Great. Got rid of one headache (Chevy Malibu) and into another. I am already considering a trade in. I can't win for losing lately. I thought I was getting a vehicle with no issues. I blame GM way more than Piehls. I'm starting to think american vehicles are going downhill. More
