I was told that I needed a new engine, when in turn, all it needed was a timing chain! They insisted that it was the engine and therefore they were only willing to give us 4000 on a 12,000 dollar vehicle a it needed was a timing chain! Carfax also says nothing about a new engine. Between that and all the lies we were told with the finance loan, I would give them a 0 from the top to the bottom of their staff. I will never buy from them, and will strongly discourage others from buying from them as well! More
