I had a very good experience purchasing my first BMW here, they had great inventory. The sales rep, Evan Ferlita, was very professional and took care of everything up to the day we left the dealership t here, they had great inventory. The sales rep, Evan Ferlita, was very professional and took care of everything up to the day we left the dealership to bring our X5 home. The sales manager, Anthony McGeehan, always available and made the process enjoyable. And Eric, from finance did the same, very transparent and upfront. Highly recommend Princeton BMW! More

Evan Ferlita helped me trade in my X3 M40 and order a custom X5. The build process was very simple and Evan talked me through all of the options. It was just a normal maintenance service and the car was ready the second day. However things went wrong when the valet service was delivering my vehicle. The valet parked my car over a parking block and sc ready the second day. However things went wrong when the valet service was delivering my vehicle. The valet parked my car over a parking block and scraped underneath the bumper, so I asked them to drive the vehicle back to fix it. Then I got a ridiculous message from PRINCETON BMW saying that the scratches were underneath the bumper and not noticeable since the vehicle would be on the ground. Since I also mentioned to him that I am planning to trade in my vehicle and buy a new 4 series with Princeton BMW (which will not happen given this experience), he told me the dealership may not notice it. I couldn’t believe these words came out of a BMW specialist! I also asked for a discount for the trouble and inconvenience, but was told they already gave me 10% discount ($118.51) when they were doing maintenance. I don’t understand why they think $118.51 should be enough to compensate for my vehicle not being useable for a week? Is car rental in PRINCETON BMW that cheap? All my friends found it ridiculous! I will not recommend this dealership to anyone and I just want to provide my feedback for better business. More
After some shopping at the mall, our 2019 BMW X5 wouldn't start even though all the lights were on and the battery seemed fine. I though it could be the starter and called BMW Roadside Assistance who took 1. start even though all the lights were on and the battery seemed fine. I though it could be the starter and called BMW Roadside Assistance who took 1.5 hours to get to us (not good). They did get us started and we drove straight to Princeton BMW to drop off the X5. I then texted Elliot and Maria (two of the biggest reasons we continue to service all our BMWs at Princeton) and asked if we could please pick up a loaner the next morning. Of course they found one for us, they are both amazing!!! Lindsey took great care of our service appointment. You replaced the starter and a couple days later we had our X5 back. Thanks everyone & Happy Holidays!!! More
