I have had multiple services, including recall issues, managed by Princeton BMW. I have no complaints at all re: the service and the personnel. The whole operation is extremely efficient. Glen Ditta is always very helpful and pleasant, and I felt that same about the other individuals that helped me as well. Also, I usually request a loaner for the day so that I can go to work and then pick up the car on my way home. The loaner process is very easy and the loaner cars are always nice and very clean. More

I had a very good experience purchasing my first BMW here, they had great inventory. The sales rep, Evan Ferlita, was very professional and took care of everything up to the day we left the dealership t here, they had great inventory.
