I have never dealt with a dealership that is more committed to customer satisfaction that Princeton BMW. From the minute you walk in the door they make sure that they do everything and anything possi committed to customer satisfaction that Princeton BMW. From the minute you walk in the door they make sure that they do everything and anything possible to take care of your needs and to eliminate any problem you may have. It is obvious in the way they conduct their business that they do this because they all actually enjoy doing what they are doing but also that get real enjoyment when they have turned a troubled customer into a relaxed and satisfied customer. This beging when you are greated by a valet who preps your car for service and is followed by the service advisor who explains in terms that the common person can understand what the problem could be and how the problem will be handled and resolved. When your vehicle is in the process of being serviced the service advisor keeps you posted on what they have found and how it can be remedied. There are never any sudden surprises when you come to pick up your vehicle and they hit you with everything at once without notice, talk about sticker shock. As BMW owners we are aware of the expense of keeping these vehicles in the condition that they need to be to keep their value and reliability but Princeton BMW will never tell you that something needs to be addressed unless it is absolutely necessary. If your vehicle needs a particular service on top of what has already been performed the service advisor will let you know that the vehicle needs this particular service but it can probably wait a little bit before it is performed. This allows you to budget your services. This again is complete customer satisfaction especially with todays economy. This is truely what brings customers back to their location rather than another location and that is what it is all about. I really can’t speak highly enough about Alan Causing and the management at Princeton BMW in NJ. They are completely dedicated to the customer and their very best experience in a BMW. We all know that BMW the management at Princeton BMW in NJ. They are completely dedicated to the customer and their very best experience in a BMW. We all know that BMW is known as the “Ultimate Driving Machine” and it is; how good is that if all the rest of the process fails around it? Recently I had reoccurring engine issues with a 2 year old 135i. This is a fantastic car when it is running correctly, but like all machines, it can fail. The bad part was that the repairs were not fixing the problem. I don’t fault the mechanics as much as I do some design issues and plane old mechanical demons that I was not excited to wait around for the fix. I happened to mention this in passing with Alan and he literally sprang into action. Long story short and all the details excluded, in very short order, I had a brand new 2011 135i with every option I wanted and some after market ones too, for a song. I mean it, Princeton went to bat for me with BMW and made them step up and make it right for me. Don’t believe me? Go find out for yourself and talk to any of the sales guys over there or if you are lucky enough, find Alan and make a friend. More
I have been a customer for 4 years now,I currently own 3 BMW's, I have had some issues with one of my BMW's, a 2007 X5, My service advisor, Luke Stryker has been very attentive and friendly in understanding BMW's, I have had some issues with one of my BMW's, a 2007 X5, My service advisor, Luke Stryker has been very attentive and friendly in understanding my concerns and needs during a difficult and, what could be, a frustrating time. He is one of the reasons I recently took delivery of yet another BMW, a 2011 535i. Furthermoore, the entire dealership has been terrific, starting with the general manager, Steven Moore. He took the time to personally address every question and go over all my options when it comes to choices in financing these days. I had also explored the possibility of purchasing a used BMW, the used sales manager, Danny Angelozzi, was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the models and conditions available. It turned out I traded in an older BMW for my new one and Danny was able to give me a very fair price, I look forward to doing business with him, as well as, Princeton BMW again. I've always received excellent service from Princeton BMW and have gone to them for all my sales and service needs for many years. I brought my 2009 X5 in for service today with my Advisor, Frank Menna. and have gone to them for all my sales and service needs for many years. I brought my 2009 X5 in for service today with my Advisor, Frank Menna. I had a flat due to a nail I picked up and Frank took my car in immediately. Frank goes out of his way to make the customer comfortable. He frequently updated me on the progress of the repair and even brought me the nail so I could see what had caused the damage. Frank and his very efficient service technicians had me back on the road very quickly. I've leased 4 vehicles from Princeton BMW over the past years and have always been treated like a most valued customer. I think they're a great dealership. More
I had the pleasure of working with Diana DeBoer during the purchase of my 2010 MINI Cooper Hardtop. Let me just say, the whole process was WONDERFUL. Diana was helpful, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and most of all made me feel totally comfortable through out the entire process. Even now, over a month after my purchase, I still contact her with questions and her responses are always prompt, helpful and friendly. She is a superb sales representative and Princeton is lucky to have her on their staff! When ever I am approached by strangers about my car (which happens A LOT) I always rave about Diana and the service I received at Princeton MINI. I refer everyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle to her, she's just awesome! So awesome in fact, that there is a MINI Dealer being built 3 miles from from home (Princeton is about 40 miles from me) and although I will probably get my vehicle serviced at the closer location, I will make the trip back to Diana when its time to get a new MINI! The whole process was wonderful and I simply can not say enough good things about the dealership and Diana. Also, upon delivery of my car, one of Diana's coworkers, Lenny helped in explaining all of the features of my new MINI, he did a great job and his help was greatly appreciated. Friendly people. Dont push at all. Actually steered me away from higher priced purchases which did not make sense for me. Now thats fair. Price wise, I shopped many places, they were the lowest on the f away from higher priced purchases which did not make sense for me. Now thats fair. The kicker was, when I finally agreed on the price, they lowered it even further without me asking due to a rate adjustment. More

I have had Warranty service repairs on a couple occasions on my 528SI at Princeton BMW on Quakerbridge Rd in Hamilton Twp. I have dealt both Frank Menna and Steve Mallen, both of these gentlemen were courteo on my 528SI at Princeton BMW on Quakerbridge Rd in Hamilton Twp. I have dealt both Frank Menna and Steve Mallen, both of these gentlemen were courteous, friendly, and anxious to please the customer. On one occasion there was an unusual display computer programming issue that defied the normal repair procedures. The Service manager Rich Lanci got personally involved and contacted the engineers in BMW Germany to work with the regional factory technician to help get to the bottom of the problem. They provided curtsey loaner cars at no charge and even made sure to provide a free in house car wash before my car was returned. Service doesn’t get any better than this. More
