I didn't buy my new 2009 BMW X5 35d from Princeton BMW, but you'd never have known it from the way friendly and accommodating way Steven treated me. Because the dealer I did purchase my vehicle from is not local, I asked if I could get a small dent removed under a supplementary warranty coverage I purchased at the time I bought my car, which Princeton BMW also sells. Even though I was not one of their sales customers, they returned my call for assistance immediately and made an appointment for me to come in within 3 days. Because the work is actually performed by a sub-contractor, who does not come in until the afternoon, I was dismayed when I realized I was going to have to wait around the dealership for many hours for this repair to be made when I arrived at 7:30 am to drop the car off. Steven, seeing my dismay, immediately (without any prompting or request on my part) said they would be willing to provide me a loaner car so I could leave to make a business meeting I had ignorantly set-up for 10:00 am that morning, thinking my dent could be repaired immediately upon my arrival. This level of focus on customer satisfaction is just plain unheard of and I frankly was almost speechless with amazement & delight. What an exceptional dealership to be so accommodating to a customer who (1) didn't even buy their vehicle from them; and (2) was having a minor repair made that the dealership was not even performing itself, but sub-contracting out. I am still just completely astonished at Steven's actions. Going forward, I will definitely have ALL my service performed by this extraordinary dealership and when it is again time for me to purchase a BMW, this dealership will definitely be where I purchase. I spent the last several weeks researching and shopping for cars, I have visited numerous dealerships and must say that the atmosphere was very welcoming at Princton BMW. My Wife and I have never felt more comfortable with a Dealer and their staff as we were at Princton BMW with the wonderful attention of Daniel Angelozzi. I had purchased the OEM Wheel and Tire Warranty for my new car on the advice of the sales rep. That turned out to be good advice because two months later I had bent two of the wheels. So I took the car into the service to have then replaced under warranty. When I inspected the new wheels I noticed that they were both scratched and gouged them both during installation. That was my second visit there and I'm not impressed with the quality of their service technicians or their customer service team. More
The rating speaks for itself. I had a fast appointment, got a ride to and from my location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. In fact, I read reviews elsewhere that did not do the service department justice. Hence my review here. I've had my car serviced at this dealership for 10 years and never had a problem with the service department. I rated the price as good, only because BMW maintenance is not cheap in the first place and I am not qualified to assess pricing across dealerships. More
Had a great experience at this dealership after being soured at Open Road and Flemington BMW. I disliked some of the other dealerships due to either inattentative salesmen or salesmen that were just too soured at Open Road and Flemington BMW. I disliked some of the other dealerships due to either inattentative salesmen or salesmen that were just too pushy for my liking. Joe DiMattia got me into the car that fit my needs best after a short conversation. I enjoyed this conversation because he took the time to actually listen unlike many of the salesmen I encountered during this process. This dealership does a great job of making you comfortable during the buying process. No pushy salesmen or overbearing managers here, just good people. Speaking of managers, Jim Christ was very gracious and accomodating. I'll be shopping here for many years to come! More
Service advisor Luke Stryker is the reason I buy BMWs (5 and counting) from Princeton BMW and not the other dealerships closer to my home. The guy just gets it - I want my car taken care of quickly and right so I don't have to come back. He always makes sure he's got a loaner car for me if I need to leave the car for the day, and he communicatesd with me throughout the day so I can plan when I will pick it up. Plus the dedicated service facility it amazing - from the moment you pull under the protective rood you know you're going to get personalized service, and they don't disappoint. From the first guy who takes your key and opens the door all the way the the lady who gives you your key at the end of the service, they all handle me like professionals. More
