We have used Princeton BMW for service in the past with our 325ci and had a great experience there. This was our first purchase and certainly wouldn't be our last. The new showroom is spacious inside and has plenty of parking outside. The sales people are second to none. Joe met us at the door and immediately asked if he could help us. Joe was wonderful, personable, and very knowledgable about the cars he sells. We were very happy with the attention we were given by Joe and Adam the finance person, We will make sure we sent our friends to this dealership. Thanks to them for a pleasent, and uncomplicated expierence. Looking foward to doing more business in the future!! More
Anytime that I've had issues with my car, Princeton has always accommodated my schedule. Prime example my appointment was for Thursday Dec. 23rd and instead I went Dec. 22nd and Lew was able to provide me always accommodated my schedule. Always very polite and calls to keep you up-to-date with your vehicle progress. I bought my car in freehold at "Bmw Of Freehold". The service isn't as good there and not as friendly either. More
I purchased a Certified Pre-owned BMW 528i from Princeton BMW. The listing was on Auto-Trader.com and was accurate. I was able to make all the necessary transactions via e-mail and texts in order to take possession of the car, with a few local signatures required upon my arrival. We scheduled a day, I sent them my flight itinerary, and they arranged for my transport from the Newark airport (very nice touch.) Mr. DiMattia showed me the car and allowed me all the time I needed to inspect and make certain everything was as stated; and, it was. The finance officer was also very informative and helped me to pick out a package that best suited my needs. He also recommended a great place to stop for lunch (the veal parmesian sandwich was great!) All in all, my experience was exceptional. These folks understand customer service. Its not at all what I'm used to in Charleston, South Carolina. More
I had an issue with an extended warranty contract purchased with a representative who is no longer with the dealership. Mr. Christ listened to my complaint, contacted the warranty company, and resolv purchased with a representative who is no longer with the dealership. Mr. Christ listened to my complaint, contacted the warranty company, and resolved the issue. This was done in a timely manner and with professionalism. On the basis of this interaction, I would definitely recommend the Princeton BMW dealership. More
Princeton BMW provided space for the YWCA Princeton's Bates Scholarship Benefit on Nov 4. Christine T cheerfully provided whatever help we we needed, the Showroom was beautiful, and GM Jim Christ was gen Bates Scholarship Benefit on Nov 4. My husband and myself have been driving BMW's for 10 years. We always leased our vehicles from Thompson BMW in Doylestown, PA. When our 325xi was coming due we decided to purchase a 335i convertible a years. We always leased our vehicles from Thompson BMW in Doylestown, PA. When our 325xi was coming due we decided to purchase a 335i convertible and thus started shopping around. We, of course, went to Thompson and were very disappointed with their lack of interest or professionalism. There was a new sales manager and new sales people and they absolutely did not compare to the prior group(s) of people that we had dealt with. Being true BMW fans we didn't let Thompson put a bad taste in our mouths and so we found ourselves at Princeton BMW. Everyone from the client advisor, Chris Frank, to the sales manager, to the financial person were amazing. They were professional, friendly, informative, and humble. All the things a person would want when making a large purchase. As a matter of fact we were so happy with the service and cooperation that we got we decided to go ahead and lease a Mini from them as well.
