My husband and myself have been driving BMW's for 10 years. We always leased our vehicles from Thompson BMW in Doylestown, PA. When our 325xi was coming due we decided to purchase a 335i convertible a years. We always leased our vehicles from Thompson BMW in Doylestown, PA. When our 325xi was coming due we decided to purchase a 335i convertible and thus started shopping around. We, of course, went to Thompson and were very disappointed with their lack of interest or professionalism. There was a new sales manager and new sales people and they absolutely did not compare to the prior group(s) of people that we had dealt with. Being true BMW fans we didn't let Thompson put a bad taste in our mouths and so we found ourselves at Princeton BMW. Everyone from the client advisor, Chris Frank, to the sales manager, to the financial person were amazing. They were professional, friendly, informative, and humble. All the things a person would want when making a large purchase. As a matter of fact we were so happy with the service and cooperation that we got we decided to go ahead and lease a Mini from them as well.
