We were given every opportunity to familiarize ourselves with several cars so that we could chose the right vehicle for us. This professional, low pressure approach to car sales did not stop with the salesman. From the manager (Daniel Angelozzi)who was no different while negotiating the price of the car, to the Financial Services Manager (Adam Arwas)while completing the sale, we were thoroughly satisfied. Can't say enough good things about our experience with this dealer. We will very likely be purchasing from this dealer again in the future and will highly recommend them to friends and family. More

He encouraged me to take the car home to show my wife (which I did) and to take whatever time I needed. They offered to deliver the car to my house. Once I made the decision, the finacial and delivery experience was the fastest and most enjoyable of any car buying experience I have had. I will recommend them highly and I already have. Thank you. The dealership went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my pre-owned 2008 328i Convertible. He took lots of time to show me the service options available to me but never pressured me into anything. It is the first used or pre-owned vehicle we've purchased since 1985 when we had a bad experience with a "company executive's" Mercury Cougar. This 328i was prepped nicely and when a small dent was discovered in the trunk just as I was taking delivery, an appointment was immediately set up with the body shop.... complete with a courtesy car thanks to Joe. The dealership wanted to make sure I was as pleased with this purchase as with any new car. Joe went over how to use each and every option as though it were new. He spent a great deal of time making sure we were pleased. The price was competitive (I'd been comparing awhile on line and elsewhere) and the car was nearly flawless. Two things; this dealership made me relaxed about purchasing pre-owned again (a huge plus in a tight economy) and they won me over as my automobile dealership for future purchases whether new or used. More

Lew is the Best! Never a problem. Gets me in almost immediately for minor work. Very honest. Couldn't ask for a better service advisor. I have been servicing my cars with Princeton BMW since 1999 and had the pleasure of meeting Lew Shinkle on his first day of work there in 2005 while servicing my last 5 Series. First, I think that the Dealers are only as good as there service consultants. Lew always treats me with respect, is very sensitive to my concerns and questions and reminds me of why I choose to drive a car line that, quite honestly, is a little more in cost to service than some others. Its about the service!!! My service with Lew has always been excellent. He is honest, lets you finish your questions and is by far one of the most knowledgeable guys I have met in the last twenty years that I have been driving BMW's. (Frank M. is also a great service guy!!!) I also have to commend Richard Lanci for also being very helpful and kind on the few occasions that I have met him. Hey, lets face it...it starts at the top. Five stars from me. ***** More

I have been to a few BMW dealerships around the NJ/NY area, and I can say with the utmost confidence that their dedicatio customer service out there. For the past 2 years, I have brought my car into Princeton BMW to get my car serviced and I always work with Lew. If you get the chance, ask for Lew as he is the best employee there. When there were problems with my car, he took the time to fix them and make sure I had the car back when needed. I can't recommend the dealership and the employees enough. They will take the time to fix your issues and make sure you're in and out as quick as possible. They make customer service their number 1 priority and have very fair prices. They're quick to accommodate my schedule and offer loan vehicles if need be. More
We have used Princeton BMW for service in the past with our 325ci and had a great experience there. This was our first purchase and certainly wouldn't be our last. The new showroom is spacious inside and has plenty of parking outside. The sales people are second to none. Joe met us at the door and immediately asked if he could help us. Joe was wonderful, personable, and very knowledgable about the cars he sells. We were very happy with the attention we were given by Joe and Adam the finance person, We will make sure we sent our friends to this dealership. Thanks to them for a pleasent, and uncomplicated expierence. Looking foward to doing more business in the future!! More
Anytime that I've had issues with my car, Princeton has always accommodated my schedule. Prime example my appointment was for Thursday Dec. 23rd and instead I went Dec. 22nd and Lew was able to provide me always accommodated my schedule. Prime example my appointment was for Thursday Dec. 23rd and instead I went Dec. 22nd and Lew was able to provide me with a loaner and get my car in the shop. Always very polite and calls to keep you up-to-date with your vehicle progress. I bought my car in freehold at "Bmw Of Freehold". The service isn't as good there and not as friendly either. More
