I'm from South Jersey and usually deal with another BMW dealer. I just made it to my destination, Princeton train station to begin a fun weekend in NYC, when my car stopped running. With "one" paniced call to Princeton BMW, a nightmare condition for me was turned into a wonderful experience WAY beyond my expectations ! Rich Lanci arranged to have my car towed, had the car inspected, and promptly called me to identify what needed to be done. From that time on Frank Menna became my service advisor and consulted with me on a regular basis on the progress of the car. It wound up my alternator had to be replaced. He even picked me up in South Jersey and drove me to Princeton when my car was ready ! It's hard to describe how great I was treated. Rich and Frank stand for everything I think a BMW dealership should represent. I've had BMWs for almost 20 years and NO dealership, especially for "service", can compare to the treatment I received. Even tho they are not the closest dealership to where I live.......I will ALWAYS go back to Princeton BMW ! More
We purchased a BMW X5 from Princeton BMW. Although we had a tough start with the new salesman assigned to us, the Sales Manager, Jim Kostack, quickly stepped in and treated us very nicely. Jim personally gave us an orientation of the vehicle and made sure that all of our needs were met. Furthermore, the General Manager, Jim Christ, also took a moment to say hello and make sure that we were happy with the car and experience. Although BMW vehicles sell themselves, we appreciated the care and time that Jim Kostack afforded us. The experience we had with him was outstanding and will certainly bring us back to Princeton BMW for more cars. We also wanted to mention that the new facility on Quakerbridge Rd. is very nice - spacious and clean! More
I was in the market for a Certified Pre-Owned BMW and chose Princeton BMW because of its proximity to my home. What a great car-buying experience! After the sale was finalized, Daniel Rosa in the Finance department was great as well. He was prepared and ready to walk me thru all of the forms, making the process fairly quick and painless. I asked lots of questions and found him to be very helpful. At the end of the process, when I was ready to take ownership of my new car, Joe sat with me for nearly an hour, taking me thru all of the particulars of my vehicle so that I would feel very comfortable with how all of the options worked. This was an extremely pleasant experience. I would strongly recommend this dealership and these two professionals. More

I own a 2008 BMW 335 To Whom it may concern, This message is in regard to my recent exemplary experience with the Princeton BMW Service Department. I own a 2008 BMW 335i. I brought the car in as a result of the BMW-initiated recall for the high pressure fuel pump and for a "service engine soon" light. Lewis Shinkle, my Service Advisor for the past 3 years, did a great job. He listened carefully to my explanation as to how the car was running and explained to me exactly what was entailed during the service visit. He also explained to me that BMW would cover any parts/labor associated with the recall. He also arranged for a loaner car that was every bit as well-equipped as mine. Much to the Service Department's credit, they noticed that even after the recall issue was dealt with, the car was still "stumbling just a little bit". Rather than releasing the car, they kept it for a few more days and diagnosed an issue that if left unattended may have caused problems in the future. They only released the car to me when they were sure that it was running perfectly. In fact, the car has never run better. Lewis advocated on my behalf to make sure that my experience, not only with Princeton BMW, but also with BMW NA was an excellent one. I cannot be more pleased with my experience at Princeton BMW. Everyone one there from the SAs' to the schedulers and the folks who greet you at the door and deliver your car to you are friendly and polite. Lewis Shinkle, in particular should be commended. He always greets you with a smile and makes you comfortable. He also is very good at returning phone calls and emails. I will certainly recommend Princeton BMW. Ramsey A. Foty, Ph.D. More
Daniel Rosa is an excellent asset to Princeton BMW. I bought my first BMW from him about 6 years ago and have had an great experience since. I just purchased my fourth car from him and I would never use bought my first BMW from him about 6 years ago and have had an great experience since. I just purchased my fourth car from him and I would never use another dealer. He is honest, reliable and always available to answer all of my questions. With my last purchase, he found me a car I love and that was within my budget. I would highly recommend him. More
Joseph DiMattia was very helpful with the process of buying my new "used" BMW. I have yet to have to utilize the service dept but I am confident that when I do it will be easy and painless. We were given every opportunity to familiarize ourselves with several cars so that we could chose the right vehicle for us. This professional, low pressure approach to car sales did not stop with the salesman. From the manager (Daniel Angelozzi)who was no different while negotiating the price of the car, to the Financial Services Manager (Adam Arwas)while completing the sale, we were thoroughly satisfied. Can't say enough good things about our experience with this dealer. We will very likely be purchasing from this dealer again in the future and will highly recommend them to friends and family. More
