I was drawn to Princeton because its location is convenient for where I work / live. This is my first BMW and I got the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, at the price I was seeking in a few days. convenient for where I work / live. This dealership far exceeded my expectations. Everyone I dealt with was extrememly courteous and knowledgable. You could feel the team approach from every department. I did quite a bit of shopping for a new car and this dealership was by a long, long, margin the worst place i visited. The incompetence was astounding. I would never buy a car here and would drive to no dealership was by a long, long, margin the worst place i visited. The incompetence was astounding. I would never buy a car here and would drive to north jersey to get a BMW. I can't believe this place stays in business. I ended up meeting with the general manager and even that didnt dramatically improve the experience. They succeed in large part due to their proximity to Princeton, but as for a business model they could not be worse. More

He made the buying experience pleasant and uncomplicated. The price presented was competitive and he provided thorough transparency to the lease calculations. It’s not often that the General Manager meets with a perspective customer but Jim Christ did exactly that. He made sure that my experience met my expectations. I strongly recommend that Princeton BMW is on your list of dealerships to visit. More

I have been a BMW owner for over 10yrs. The courtesy and attention to detail given to me at this dealer has been nothing but outstanding. I made an appointment to come in for service 2 weeks ago. I was told my appointment would be that wednesday at 945am. I called Tuesday evening just to confirm the time and was told that they did not see me I was told my appointment would be that wednesday at 945am. I called Tuesday evening just to confirm the time and was told that they did not see me in the system for having an appoinment and that they were booked for the next week! Horrible. Not to mention every single time you call the service department you will always get an answering service to leave a message and then hope for a return call. I have visited several BMW centers and I have never encountered a service dept like this. So I try to give the service center another try as it is the closest BMW to my home. I woke up to a flat tire. I called and of course got no answer from the service dept. I called back and spoke to the operator and asked for her to go get someone in service who I could speak to directly. I did not have an appointment but wanted to see if I could come by and get a new tire put on since I had the warranty. I was connected to someone in service who was clearly annoyed. He stated that he would need the tire name and size and he would have to see if they had it in stock. If they didnt then they would have to order it. Also that the warranty company was most likely not open since it was a saturday so I would have to pay out of pocket and then put in for a reimbursement. There was nothing positive out of the conversation. It was clear he did not want to go through the hassle of helping me. It was like he was trying to discourage me from coming in. Its not good service I wont go back. Ill instead go to Flemington which is considerable futher from my home but if it means a better experience then so be it. More
From the moment I pulled up- to the moment I picked up my car- I felt special. My loaner was a brand new 5 series---no bad at all!!! Luke was wonderful keeping updated and could not have been nicer.
