Brought our car in with a noise. They had it for almost two weeks. Went to pick it up and paid nearly $2500 bill. Started the car and noise was still there. Service manager came out and said..."that's two weeks. Went to pick it up and paid nearly $2500 bill. Started the car and noise was still there. Service manager came out and said..."that's the alternator.". They split the alternator cost with us. The MOST expensive service shop around. Our friends brother works there and she won't even take her BMW to Princeton...... Avoid like the plague. More

I have had several service advisors , some good experiences some bad i will admit but Frank Menna is top notch. He went out of his way on several occasions to assist my service needs, and always kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. He investigated an issue with my car that Open Road BMW wouldn't even entertain even though the vehicle was still under full factory warranty and i purchased the car from them. I fully recommend Princeton for service on your car. More
I've owned many cars over the years, and have deal with service advisors from Audi to Lexus to BMW (and many others). I think Michael Sobecki is an exceptional service advisor; certainly the best I've expe service advisors from Audi to Lexus to BMW (and many others). I think Michael Sobecki is an exceptional service advisor; certainly the best I've experienced. His in-depth knowledge of the vehicle is unmatched, and his professional demeanor instills confidence in his customers. I think it's important to point out that Michael and the Princeton BMW service team are very organized and efficient. Whenever I come in for service, everything is prepared and executed like "clockwork" so I can be in and out and off to my busy schedule. Finally, I appreciate that Michael always take the time to clearly explain any issue or answer any question about the car. And, I have complete confidence in the advice he offers. More
When I first bought my preowned car it was a good experience. Joe was nice and seemed knowledgeable. The price was good and they found a car I thought fit what I wanted. All was well until a few week experience. Joe was nice and seemed knowledgeable. The price was good and they found a car I thought fit what I wanted. All was well until a few weeks later... It was the post-buying process that turned me off from this dealership. Soon after I purchased my car things started going wrong. People in the service department are hard to get a hold of and rarely return calls. After spending a lot of money on a preowned car that the sales team assured me had been checked by the mechanics and was in good shape, I expected to at least have a year or so with no major problems. One day after purchase handles were falling off. Warning lights were coming on. And worst of all, one month later, I was breaking down and my car wasn't starting. THE DEALERSHIP REFUSED TO MAKE GOOD ON THE PROBLEM. They just said the car was sold "as is" even though I paid more than 20k only 6 weeks earlier. I did not even expect to get full value for the car back, but they made a ridiculous offer to take it back for about half the price I paid as a trade in. My recommendation: make the trip to Open Road BMW in Edison. And be sure to buy a car with a good warranty or one that's "Certified." They will lie and say that the preowned cars are all checked and in good shape, but that's not true. While I was in the dealership another customer was also complaining about how she had been there three times in about a week with problems on a car she just purchased. Bottom line, they are nice until they sell the cars, but they don't care about you once you're out the door. Not good for reputation and repeat customers. I will be letting everyone I know not to go here and when I need service (which looks like it will be often with the lemon they sold me) I will take it to another dealership. More

The sales guy (Joe dimattia) did a great job finding the car I wanted. They had the car prepped and waiting for deliverly just when they said it would. Joe was very knowledgeable with the vehicle options car I wanted. They had the car prepped and waiting for deliverly just when they said it would. Joe was very knowledgeable with the vehicle options and took the time to show me how to use them all. He set up my BMW assist account and sent me home with a full tank of gas. The sales and service staff were very friendly and made the whole experience very easy. When I am ready to get another car, Princeton BMW is the dealership I will use. I have already recommended them to several friends and family who are looking to find a great car at a great price. The car they found me was low mileage in like new condition. When looking for the car I wanted, I had a lot of specific requirements. Joe took the time to listen to me and educate me on the different types of vehicles models and options. Joe and the others at Princeton BMW made me feel at home and comfortable with the deal. Now I am enjoying the BMW experience and regret not buying one sooner. More
Six month ago I stopped by the dealership to look at their cars. Joe helped me and told me when I was ready to buy, let him know. There was no pressure to buy. I returned two weeks ago and again, Joe sh their cars. Joe helped me and told me when I was ready to buy, let him know. There was no pressure to buy. I returned two weeks ago and again, Joe showed me several cars with no pressure to buy. Joe was knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time. I did buy a car from Princeton BMW. Joe made the buying process relaxed and easy. In addition, the rest of the staff were friendly and enjoyable. It was by far my best car buying experience. More
