When talking about a vehicle to buy he knew exactly what I was looking for and had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle I was buying. He made sure my coverage and warranty was extended which was exactly what I wanted. The vehicle was not prior certified pre owned and within less then 24 hours he made sure it was certified pre owned and ready to go. This ensured I had new tires, new windshield because there was a chip, an oil change, and so much more. I felt so happy knowing that my new BMW was brought up to new speck!
