This is our 2nd time returning to Princeton BMW to purchase a vehicle. The employees are courteous, professional, friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgable. I used to cringe at the thought of visiting a dealer based on the long, boring & tedious experiences we have had at other dealers in the past. Our car advisor, Joe DiMattia, is a treasure. There is nothing he doesn't know, and he requires much of himself when he has worked w/us. We consider a trip to this dealer as part of a visit to our BMW "family". Our financial advisor, DJ Felsey walked us through that aspect of the purchase w/humor & expediency, rounding out the total experience, again, as a fantastic overall encounter! More

As always, Luke went out of his way to help me with the service of my car. I received a no hassles loaner which was clean and fun to drive, and my service was carried out in an efficient and expedited mann service of my car. You wonder why car sales people are known for being so unethical? After visiting this dealership I learned why. When discussing my trade in I was told that it would cost them $1,000 to detail my car and unethical? After visiting this dealership I learned why. When discussing my trade in I was told that it would cost them $1,000 to detail my car and they would need to deduct from my trade in price. When it came down to negotiating price the sales manager gave me one price and then the sale rep followed up with a lower price. When I went to sign my paper work based on the lower price I received from my sales rep we were called crooks by the sales manager. Now you should not judge a dealership based on one bad employee. So I decided to speak with the General manager to let him know about the unprofessionalism at his dealership. He told me he would look into it and would call me back with a deal that night. I never heard from him. After leaving 2 more messages he did finally leave me a voice mail and when I called back the original sales manager got on the line and said bottom line either take the deal or walk. A friend of mine warned me about this dealership. Said he had a lot of bad experiences with service. He said one time they even left garbage from their lunch in his car and told me to go to Flemington. Well I did listen to him after the bad experience and they beat Princeton's price on the car and my trade in. Don't waste your time at this dealership! More
We bought a 7 series after 4 visits to the showroom. Lenny did an excellent job describing features and finding a car that fit our requirements. Overall, I am satisfied with the process I went through when purchasing pre-owned BMW. The improvement I suggest to Princeton BMW is for Princeton BMW to speed up the price negotiation process and make i when purchasing pre-owned BMW. With the information widely available on the web, we, customers, have quite a good view of the current market prices. We often do negotiations over the phone with several dealerships before driving to a particular location. With that I strongly suggest that Princeton BMW (in particular, the Sales Management stafff) adjusts their price offer practice and starts with offering reasonable competing prices. This would save time for both Princeton Sales and customers. More
Joe Dimattia was helpful from the start. The most impressive part was getting the majority of the sale done over the phone and internet. All I needed to do was show up from my long drive from NYC. When I arrived, Joe was patient while I went through all the points I needed to make, from analyzing the car, and financing that fit my neeeds. The repair shop was the cleanest shop I've ever seen, the showroom was huge and the selection was vast. The best part was getting the financing done through BMW... I work for Chase and their financing couldn't even help me as an employee. BMW financing helped me get the quote I needed to stay under budget and gap coverage. The transaction was flawless!
