I only go to this dealer because it is near my house in Hamilton, I have a bmw 135i and I love everything about it..except for the tires that Princeton bmw put on, the front ones look to big they scrape my Hamilton, I have a bmw 135i and I love everything about it..except for the tires that Princeton bmw put on, the front ones look to big they scrape my inner wheel well and I told the dealer about this problem and they gave me a bad attitude. I will never take my car here ever again, bmw of mt. Laurel is so much nicer/friendlier and they will work with you on any of your problems even the little things. Except for Lou and rich all the other staff are unfriendly and rude, they really need to fire most of the salesmen and service staff and find more suitable people for the job and act like they want to be there and work for you. More
Joe is a great salesperson. He took us on a fun test drive in the rain that really showed us what BMW has to offer. He was friendly and took the time to explain the ins and outs of my new car. With the crazy technology these new cars have, any additional help is appreciated. It was not the best day to buy a car, before a big snow storm, but I still got to drive home in my new BMW. i brought my bmw to another dealer to fix tire and wheel under tire/wheel warranty. they discovered that princeton bmw, who i purchased my used bmw from, had imporperly welded a repair to rim. i spoke with under tire/wheel warranty. they discovered that princeton bmw, who i purchased my used bmw from, had imporperly welded a repair to rim. i spoke with rich lansy who checked record of my car and realized bmw of princeton had screwed up. he then worked with bmw dealer i brought my car to for the repair to get a new rim asap i DON'T recommend dealership for other reasons. however the outstanding responsiveness of rich lansy to my problem almost prompted me to reconsider my dissatitisfaction with dealer. BMW Princeton continually provides a very good customer service; the quality of the work is excellent, the flexibility of the staff is exemplary. I took my 2010 550 for an oil top-up because the low oil light came on. The dealership refused to honor BMW's no cost service guarantee for the first 4 years / 50k miles. They wanted to charge $10 for the oil - they insisted oil top ups are not included in the "no-cost service", which is an outright lie. I have had oil top ups done at other dealerships when the low oil light came on and none of them charged. Initially even the GM (Greg) agreed with his service guys, and then agreed to do me a favor and not charge. I wouldn't buy a pogo stick from them, let alone a BMW. I took the car to another dealer and he did oil change / top-up with no questions and no cost More

My friend wanted to lease 5 series and was very interested in test driving the car before he leases. We go into the dealership and there is NO one there to greet or assist. We patiently wait for 30 minutes and asked couple folks to help, but no response. One of the guy would not even talk and just completely ignored our request. Then we go to this center kiosk and requested lady for assistance. Another 30 minutes pass by. The lady happily received pizza, but forgets our request. Finally, we try one last time and this elderly looking gentlemen decides to help us. However, he leaves us in between because of other clients. Excellent sense of customer service these people have got. We are not buying BMW here. Please do the same More
I recently purchased a BMW 2013 X3 from the Princeton BMW dealership. The reason why this is the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from the Princeton dealership is because of the quality and friendliness dealership. The reason why this is the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from the Princeton dealership is because of the quality and friendliness that I receive from the staff. I had a couple issues with the X3 when it was purchased, but Robert Ogust (General Manager), Richard Lanci (Manager of Service) stood by the BMW name and the vehicle. Robert and Richard were in constant contact with me during the ordeal. I couldn't have asked for anything more than what the dealership has done for me. After this experience and the help that I received from the Princeton BMW dealership, a fifth vehicle will be purchased from this location when the time comes. Also DJ Felmey from finance and Joe DiMattia from sales were very knowledgeable and made the experience very easy. Even though the dealership is almost an hour away from my home, I will continue going to Princeton BMW because of the great service that I receive. I highly recommend the Princeton BMW dealership in Princeton NJ if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned BMW vehicle. Amazing staff! The general manager, Robert, and associate, Richard, were a real pleasure to work with. They were extremely informative and best of all, I got an amazing price on my new 2013 BMW M3 associate, Richard, were a real pleasure to work with. They were extremely informative and best of all, I got an amazing price on my new 2013 BMW M3. I am so happy with them that I would recommend them to anyone. The finance manager was very informative as well. Yes, they are a very busy dealership during the weekends, but I never once felt rushed into making a decision. Robert was very easy to communicate with and I took my time making my decision. In the end, I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely make all of my future purchases at this dealership. My experience over the past two days was wonderful. I purchased a used Volvo wagon, which I thought was crazy since this a BMW dealership. However, I was so happy and satisfied with my purchase. Everyone went out of their way to answer all my questioins and concerns, even though they do not sell Volvos. But they definietly did their research on the car to answer all my questions. These folks are very unprofessional compared to other dealers. I requested a quote for a 335i sedan - i sent them exact details of the options & packages on the car. At first they told me that the features i requested didnt come with the Sport line 335 but only come in M sport ??? I had top speed limiter which they said comes only in M sport package and not the regular sport package. I had to send them a screenshot of the build as on bmw site to get them to price what i wanted. Ofcourse they still wouldnt quote the price right away, they wanted to know more and more , each in seperate emails. ( do you have a trade-in, do you currently own a bmw etc). Could they not provide a price and say it will go down depending on whether i am an existing bmw owner like the other dealerships did. Other dealerships are far more professional and provided quote the first time. To top it they are high pressure sales type folks. " we will offer you this price if you buy it today" - what a load of crap!!! Then the Sales manager Laura tells me the price she quoted didnt include destination fee(~900)!!! You dont expect this kind of bull this day and age do you? It almost amounts to fraud. Dont waste your time here. These folks have no clue how to earn business, they could have had an easy sale, they simply blew it. More
