This dealership does not do what is best for its customers. I have been told by trustworthy friends in the industry that the deal given to me by the manager and dealer, was a complete rip-off. Unf customers. I have been told by trustworthy friends in the industry that the deal given to me by the manager and dealer, was a complete rip-off. Unfortunately I found this out after signing the documents. Please do your research before buying from this dealership. I honestly could go on for a while and tell you what horrible experiences I had, but I don't want you to read this and think that I am just a disgruntled/uninformed buyer. I want you to trust me that there are more honest dealerships out there that will actually do what is best for you as a customer, not some shady deal that works only to their advantage. Thank you for reading. More
Lou Shinkle and his crew are the best. Any problem with my car Lou and his teams work on it until it's fixed right. My car is done in no time at all and Lou always make sure that I am not without wheels. my car Lou and his teams work on it until it's fixed right. This was possibly the worst service I have ever received from a car dealership, even non-BMW dealerships. They're messy, send incorrect reminders, and never seem to have my info correctly (despite visiting from a car dealership, even non-BMW dealerships. They're messy, send incorrect reminders, and never seem to have my info correctly (despite visiting more than once so far). I've missed hours of work in an attempt to get my car serviced there, only to find that they either don't have my full info, have scheduled me for pickup instead of a loaner, or have completely forgotten my appointment. They're incredibly arrogant and never admit to wrong doing, moreover commit to doing right by the customer. This is not the superb BMW service that we're used to. I would not recommend this dealership. More
Horrendous sales and service. They have no clue how to communicate and do not return phone calls - even during the sales process. Service Manager Lewis is extremely condescending and accusatory. Live 10 minutes from this dealership, but would prefer to drive anywhere else to avoid the frustration. More
This is my first repair out of warranty so taking out the check book for repairs definitely stinks. At the end of the day this dealership always makes me feel welcome and respected. Luke got me in immediatel check book for repairs definitely stinks. At the end of the day this dealership always makes me feel welcome and respected. Luke got me in immediately, had a loaner car ready, had the car repaired that day and the price was very reasonable. I have been going to Princeton BMW for service since I purchased my car at a dealership up north and will continue to for the foreseeable future. More
Before I even start with the review on Princeton BMW, I think it is funny that I searched the bmw dealerships closest to me on here and Princeton BMW is actually the 3rd closest but not by much. I don't mi think it is funny that I searched the bmw dealerships closest to me on here and Princeton BMW is actually the 3rd closest but not by much. I don't mind the drive to Princeton BMW and they have always been very friendly and caring there. I bought my car a couple months back and have probably been to the dealership 3 or 4 times since then for the free maintenance (which is awesome by the way) to have my car good as new. I have worked with Mike Sobecki at Princeton BMW since day 1 and I have to say he is probably one of the best representatives I have worked with. He always takes care of my car like it is one of his own. Every loaner I get from Princeton BMW is always in great shape and clean. The only downside to the loaners is since I have a 335 they are pretty slow but you can't have everything right? Could you imagine the cost of having 335/M3 loaners though?! That would be a perfect world. Anyways back to the topic. I definitely recommend Mike Sobecki and Princeton BMW. More
I had the worst experience with the service department at BMW. I was treated with disrespect and the service agent yelled at me. In all fairness, I realized that I was being very determined in my position. I BMW. I was treated with disrespect and the service agent yelled at me. In all fairness, I realized that I was being very determined in my position. I asked him to please have a mechanic check to see why my cars tire light had been on 90% of the time since I purchased the car. The car is a year old and i have replaced all four tires and had to pay $400 for a tire alignment. That is a lot of money. He refused and told me that is common. This is my 8th BMW and let me tell you in this was common I would have stopped buying them a long time ago. As a woman I just wanted to me listened to and I wanted him to double check with the service tech. I have spent $2,000 in tires in a month. Did I not have a right to ask for help or a second opinion? I did talk to the service manager and he was nice however when I asked who owned the dealership he said it was corporate.I really would have appreciated if the GM or someone would have addressed my concerns. I feel that I was verbally assaulted and it should have been brought escalated. Good luck and think twice before you service or purchase your car at Princeton BMW. FYI--This is the first time I have ever written a negative review on-line. More
On Saturday July 20th I went to this dealership looking to purchase a pre-owned BMW x3. I was approached by a man who never looked at me, never smiled and when I asked questions he provided monosyllabic r to purchase a pre-owned BMW x3. I was approached by a man who never looked at me, never smiled and when I asked questions he provided monosyllabic responses while never looking at me. He was detached and it appeared to me he could not have been less interested in my inquiry. He never introduced himself or asked my name. He was simply the worst salesman I have ever encountered. I thanked him for his time, walked out of the showroom and drove to Flemington BMW. That was a much more gratifying experience. More
I only go to this dealer because it is near my house in Hamilton, I have a bmw 135i and I love everything about it..except for the tires that Princeton bmw put on, the front ones look to big they scrape my Hamilton, I have a bmw 135i and I love everything about it..except for the tires that Princeton bmw put on, the front ones look to big they scrape my inner wheel well and I told the dealer about this problem and they gave me a bad attitude. I will never take my car here ever again, bmw of mt. Laurel is so much nicer/friendlier and they will work with you on any of your problems even the little things. Except for Lou and rich all the other staff are unfriendly and rude, they really need to fire most of the salesmen and service staff and find more suitable people for the job and act like they want to be there and work for you. Joe is a great salesperson. He took us on a fun test drive in the rain that really showed us what BMW has to offer. He was friendly and took the time to explain the ins and outs of my new car. He also drive in the rain that really showed us what BMW has to offer. He was friendly and took the time to explain the ins and outs of my new car. He also said I can stop by for help anytime. With the crazy technology these new cars have, any additional help is appreciated. It was not the best day to buy a car, before a big snow storm, but I still got to drive home in my new BMW. Thanks Joe - I love my new BMW! More
