Most horrible service station We have a BMW-X3 that showed low tyre-pressure sign some 1 year ago. I took the car to this service center and they said it is because there is some l We have a BMW-X3 that showed low tyre-pressure sign some 1 year ago. I took the car to this service center and they said it is because there is some leakage. Then they changed some parts (and you know that labor is always 3-6 times that of parts). After it was serviced, I went back home as the very next day, it started showing the same sign with some other signs. I called the service person there and he told me to take the car to service station one more time. In last 8 monthst, I have taken my car 3 times, they have charged more than $7000 just to fix the tyre pressure sign and it still shows the same sign again although all tyres have normal recommended pressures. THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE STATION AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE. More

I had purchased several BMW's from this dealer in the past and had a great experience each time, so when I decided to buy a newer model 5 Series BMW, I had purchased several BMW's from this dealer in the past and had a great experience each time, so when I decided to buy a newer model 5 Series BMW, I didn't hesitate to return to Princeton BMW. I met with the Certified Car Sales Manager and explained exactly what I wanted in a Certified Pre-Owned 5 Series and he showed me a couple to consider. They weren't exactly what I wanted and Dan told me that he would find me one that met all my requirements. Well, one week later, Dan called and invited me to come see what he had found....and it was exactly what I was looking for...color, low miles, options...everything! Princeton BMW goes the extra mile to make your purchase experience a very pleasurable one, without all the haggling over price like some dealers put you through. And they go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. I picked up my car on the exact day and time that we had scheduled with absolutely no issues or delays...and it was perfect! I would highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase! More

I have shopped around multiple BMW dealers and this is definitely one of the best and I keep coming back for a reason. I purchased my BMW M3 at this dealership back in 2012 and it was a very pleasant experience. They gave me a great price and continued giving me excellent care even years after my purchase. Then time finally came for me to trade in my M3 because I fell in love with the BMW i8. After shopping around, I found myself coming back to Princeton BMW and dealing with Richard Robinson who helped me back in 2012. He is a pleasant and jovial salesman who is very knowledgeable and was eager to help me. He made my car buying experience excellent even the second time around and still remembered my family and me. I was able to buy the BMW i8 through him and got the price I wanted. I would also like to say, the sales manager, Laura is a terrific, no nonsense person who also helped me get the deal I wanted. She was a pleasure to work with as well. I am excited to drive my new i8 and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I drive close to an hour and drive by another BMW dealership to get there. The main reason is the service department. It starts with my SA, Luke Stryker. He treats me as if I was his only client, in my opinion, the way it should be! He has never missed a deadline, is honest, knowledgable and most of all ethical. His techs in his team are by far the best around and if for some reason i can't reach Luke (Which never happens) Mike the service manager is always there to help. I would highly rate Princeton BMW!!!! Dom More
