Rawle Cox was an outstanding sales advisor. We came on the busiest day of the month with our baby, and he was able to work with us, meet and surpass another dealerships offer and treat us with the best possible care and consideration. Although it was busy at BMW, Rawle attended to us from start to end until we got into the sales office, the time there seemed to fly. He was personable and explained the ins and outs of our new car to both me and my husband. He has impressive knowledge about the car and all of the technology that comes with it. Because we had a bit of a wait we were treated with consideration. Graham crackers for the baby, free reign to set up camp in his desk and cookies and treats for my husband. At the end they even threw in free mud mats and a mini bmw for my 2 year old boy. I can't think of anything negative to say about the team at Princeton BMW. They are amazing. More
outstanding Princeton BMW really helped me out! My X5 broke down and I had it towed to Flemington BMW dealer that was very uncooperative. I wanted the dealer in F Princeton BMW really helped me out! My X5 broke down and I had it towed to Flemington BMW dealer that was very uncooperative. I wanted the dealer in Flemington to buy back the X5 and they refused because of the airbag recall which they did not have parts for and will not for months. This was not my fault or problem. I called Princeton BMW and spoke with Dustin, who was very kind and courteous, and said he would work with me because Princeton BMW takes care of their customers. Princeton BMW stepped up and bought my X5 and even went and towed it from Flemington to their dealership . They know how to treat their customers! I highly recommend Princeton BMW!!!! More

Living about an hour and twenty minutes away and dealing with a busy work schedule, it took over 2 weeks to get to the dealership. I am extremely grateful for Mark pulling the car and putting it on hold for me until I could get there to pick it up. His faith in me to follow through is beyond appreciated. Carlos was a pleasure to work with as well, extremely professional and very helpful in reviewing the cars features. I would absolutely recommend this dealership due in large part to the 2 gentleman I had the privilege of working with. I absolutely love the car! More
Smoothest purchase transaction I've ever had on a BMW Bought my 5th BMW last weekend and first at Princeton. As I was walking in the door a sales person was walking out and rather than walking by he stopped and asked how he could help. I told him what I was looking for and he paired me up with the perfect model - a car I wasn't even considering. He listened to my needs and proposed a perfect solution. A few hours later I was the owner of a brand new Z4 roadster. The deal was done while I was on an extended test drive and the negotiating time was very short. They let me drive the car for an hour on my own so I could get the feel for the car and get comfortable with the purchase. By the time I came back the deal was essentially done. If you are looking to buy a BMW I'd recommend working with Brian Morris in sales. he was great. More

When we came in, he gave me a great price for the trade-in. The transaction went very smoothly. We were able to get the financial application done online before we came in. The paperwork, pricing, terms were exactly as expected. What a breath of fresh air to work with an honest dealership, no bait and switch, very knowledgeable. They went to great lengths to get me the exact car that I wanted with all the options and nothing extra that I didn't want. The dealer even stayed after hours on Friday night to explain all the features of the car to me and everyone followed-up after the purchase to make sure everything was going well and I was enjoying my new car! Great job guys! Would definitely recommend you to a friend. More

He did not say a single word to tell me the features of the car during the test drive. He only said "Yes." "No.", "I don't know" during the test drive. I was ready to pay by cash to pick up the car, but the salesman ruined by mood. I ended up buying the car somewhere else (with a better price, and much more friendly salesman"). More

Our sales rep, John Scisly, immediately made us feel right at home and addressed all of our questions and concerns. He gave us a comprehensive tutorial of the vehicle and provided us the opportunity to take the car for a test drive. We were so impressed with his patience in working with us, and throughout our visit, there was never a hint of "high-pressure salesmanship". When we asked about the service department, John took us on a tour of that facility. Our decision to purchase the X3 was based upon our satisfaction with the vehicle and because of John's expertise and guidance. The entire experience was very satisfying and enlightening, and we found all of the Princeton BMW associates to be extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Horrible purchase and customer service experience! I purchased a BMW a few months ago from Princeton BMW and have had only issues from the purchase process, maintenance and especially customer service I purchased a BMW a few months ago from Princeton BMW and have had only issues from the purchase process, maintenance and especially customer service. Princeton BMW has been horrible in terms of customer support and friendliness. Rich Robinson was my sales person and he could not provide good advice and was extremely slow and not pro-active. When purchasing the car I had to stay over 3 hours and waited for hours for him to go back and forth with his manager and finally even to put an order it took forever. I agreed with Rich on a date and time to pick up the car and asked him to have car and all paperwork ready. Nothing was ready, the car was getting prepared and Finance was not aware of me coming. It took close to 4 hours!!!! Since then, I had a lot of issues with my car and they have been horrible to deal with it!!! Mike Sobecki from service does not care about issues and tries to avoid them. They tried fixing the car multiple time without resolution! Chay in Finance was great though but that is very limited!!! I void avoid them at all cost! More
