BMW was a given being a previous BMW owner, but I always felt intimidated by dealers and when they talked to manageme I knew the make of car I wanted. Until I was greeted by John Scisly and his "no worry" attitude! The car....perfect. The deal...fair. The whole team John connected me with from the detailer to the "genius" to the cashier were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone knows buying a car can be stressful, but once I was introduced to John and the car of my dreams, there was no second guessing, no additional website searches, and no need for negotiation. Everything fit and the car surpassed my expectations, But more importantly, my salesperson had my trust from the door. John wanted the deal to work because he wanted me to drive away happy, and he remained patient with all my needs....those that were all met! I tend to be a perfectionist, so when I noticed a car mat that appeared to have some marks, John made sure I was compensated. He has been going above and beyond since the beginning and if I have any questions he is right there with an answer! Princeton BMW is an awesome company because it shows that their employees are happy the way they take care of their customers! More

We wanted a certified vehicle as this was to be the new family car (we have 4 kids). When we got to Princeton BMW we were greeted in the parking lot by Eduard, and I gave him my best snarl, since that's how conditioned I'd become to car dealerships. I gotta say that within 10 mins he and the rest of the amazing team at this dealership turned me around. We had a deal within the 1/2 hr and left with the car we'd been looking for all along. No hassle, no wasted time, no pushy sales job, nothing but a smooth transaction from start to finish. My wife and I left high-fiving. I recommend everyone we dealt with: Eduard in sales, and Carlos and Vicki on the closing side. Also, be sure to see Rawle for a lesson in all the technology - he's the best! More

The car was misrepresented in the AutoTrader ad, and I did not know until after delivery. A financial accommodation was made, but I waited 3-1/2 weeks for my refund and my equity check on my trade-in. Despite my calls and emails to the dealership for a status of my money ( a substantial amount) no one ever returned my calls. I had to constantly hound. Even the General Sales Manager never called me back when promised she would...will not recommend...and I buy many cars. More

I bought a 328i used from Ed @ Princeton BMW and the deal was made in less than 45 mins. Ed was great all way round. No bull xxxxting, straight to the point, great price, and overall a great level of service that you would expect from a luxury car showroom. I been to bunch of dealer over the years and I would rate Princeton BMW experience especially with Ed, Carlos, and Craig in the top 3 of all time. Thanks guys for making car buying a fun experience rather an ordeal. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for a new and/or used car. More
