John somehow managed to convince me to give the dealership another chance, and I turned in my current lease (which I had gotten from a different dealership) and put myself into the dedicated, capable hands of John. I have never looked back! He bends over backwards to make sure that you are satisfied with the car and the deal you get. He makes it work, no matter the issues.
