After looking at Lexus and Audi, we decided upon a 5 Series that drives like a dream. Craig instilled confidence in the overall process. George introduced us to the car's features and gave us some great tips. All three were professional, knowledgeable and very personable. A quality buying experience contributed to our faith in the brand. More

Experience with Sales and Management personnel at Princeton Attempted to work a deal with a salesperson regarding a preowned X5 some time ago. I advised the salesperson that I was leaving to go to the bank to get a bank check. The salesperson stated he would hold the car for me. After returning to the dealership about 75 minutes later with the bank check, I was told that the X5 was just sold to another person. The salesperson said he had no say in the matter and that his sales manager, Alan Causing made the decision to sell the car to someone else. I asked to speak to Causing but he refused to meet with me. Neither the salesperson or Causing could provide any reason or apology for what had occurred. I would have left a deposit but I was not advised that I should do so by the salesperson. This is a terrible display of how to conduct business and dealing with potential/future clients. Because of this one incident I would not recommend this dealership. They are definitely more interested in moving inventory and volume sales then establishing long term customer relationships. More

Originally I had trouble because the saleslady had poor follow through. However, I met Clint Coleman and everything changed. He was honest, friendly, warm and very professional. Clint proved to be diligent in all his efforts and helped me get the car I wanted within a week for the price I wanted! I would recommend Clint. He followed up consistently even after my purchase to ensure my satisfaction. I am more than pleased. Jowel Ahmed was also a great resource. They make a great team! They both went above and beyond for me! I highly recommend both Jowel and Clint and hope that BMW of Princeton keeps them. They are exactly the positive culture needed for that location! I am more than grateful! ~Bahiyaa More
Without competition they fail to serve Bought my new M3 from this dealer and have had nothing but series of service errors. I wrote to BMW North America and they sent me a coffee table book Bought my new M3 from this dealer and have had nothing but series of service errors. I wrote to BMW North America and they sent me a coffee table book exhaulting the M-Series. I won't ever buy another BMW because of the poor service and lack of attention from this one dealer. Located in Hamilton but screaming "Princeton", are you kidding me? Funny how they try to leverage that francise, and deliver poor service at non-competitive pricing. Caveat emptor More
No help for a flat tire on BMW at BMW dealership!!!!! My daughter went to this dealership with a flat tire. She was over an hour from home and she was happy when she made it to the dealership. Then she was told they were closing in 15 minutes and they couldn't help her. She was smart enough to ask if she could buy a tire(so it would match the others) and have it installed at tire center. Again she was told no they couldn't do that. A group of guys sitting around waiting to leave couldn't spend 20 minutes installing a tire, what a joke. This seems absolutely unacceptable but they don't care, I'll tell as many people as possible not to go to this place. More

Rip you off at every opportunity Not only are the services overcharged, but the work is not the quality you would expect for what you pay. Example: I had a major service performed on my vehicle, and found the rear tow hitch cover missing when finished. I later found it in the drivers side door compartment. Additionally, another time I had service, I was quoted one rate, and when I returned was charged more that what was agreed upon. I made numerous phone calls and emails to try to resolve the issue to no avail. Finally, I submitted a BBB complaint and received acknowledgment from this service center. I had to do the same with the extended maintenance warranty that I purchased. When it was sold to me, I was told it would more than pay for itself because I was coming due for front and rear brake pads at 60,000 (I was nearing 50,000 miles at the time). When I later returned for service, the service rep told me the brake pads were not worn and the sensors were reset to push the due date out. I asked for my money back on the extended maintenance plan and got the run around, lack of responsiveness to my request, and a process that took 4 months when I was told it should be done in a couple weeks. Finally, my last service appointment was to troubleshoot and fix the TPM that was malfunctioning. They charged me almost $900 to "fix" it and the light came back on when I was driving home. I had contacted them through the website two weeks ago requesting my money back and have yet to receive a response. I simply feel this business cannot be trusted. More
Broad Day Light Robbery I purchase a CPO from Prestige BMW which had an issue with the glove box lock. Since I reside closer to Princeton BMW, I took my car here. I was told I purchase a CPO from Prestige BMW which had an issue with the glove box lock. Since I reside closer to Princeton BMW, I took my car here. I was told to come back with an appoinment. I took back my car and was provided a loaner car. I was told to replace the lock assembly which was not covered by CPO, though it was less than a week purchased from another dealer. I was quoted $900 to replace the lock. I took my car back to Prestige BMW, Ann at service department took the car in, with in 15 minutes, the lock was fixed free of charge. Issue was a minor one, somehow a small metal piece was lodged in the key hole which was preventing the lock mechanism to function. They removed the metal piece, and I was also told that Princeton BMW was overcharging to replace it as well. Princeton BMW tried to rob me in broad daylight!!! I will never go back to this dealership to either buy or service my car again. If the GM wants to follow up, he or she can call me at 302-438-2769 instead of posting a robo reply such as this to my review "Our customers satisfaction is our biggest concern. Your low star rating concerns us. We would like to know more about your experience, and what we could have done to make it better. At your convenience, please contact our Service Manager at (844) 331-7511. " More
