Clint is knowledgeable and went out of his way to accommodate us with every request. I'm not normally comfortable in a car dealership setting. For the first time ever I felt relaxed in a no pressure environment and Clint worked to get me a deal I could afford and felt comfortable with. His follow up was the best I've experienced to date and I've bought or leased over a dozen vehicles in my time..... anyone who is interested in a BMW would be doing themselves a favor by dealing with Clint Can't see myself going to anyone else after such an enjoyable experience. Phenomenal experience I cold-called to see if a new model was available to test drive and Clint Coleman took my call. The new model wasn’t available but Clint suggested swi I cold-called to see if a new model was available to test drive and Clint Coleman took my call. The new model wasn’t available but Clint suggested swinging by to try out the current model. Clint sounded like a really nice guy on the phone - professional, courteous and friendly, so I dragged some work colleagues to the dealership. Clint was great - he was knowledgeable, asked the right questions, listened and provided the right level of information. I felt like he owned my whole experience, from the first call to when I walked out of the dealership and drove off in the new vehicle that he had helped me choose. I also got to meet Craig and Hon who were also awesome and helped make leasing the vehicle, navigating through the various complexities, an enjoyable and pain-free experience. I went in the evening when it was busy so I was there for a fair while but the team kept me entertained and comfortable. I would highly recommend this dealership and I hope the team are still there in 3 years-time when I need a new car. More

Great Experience I was looking for another BMW to lease. I was there on Saturday evening 30 min before closing because we were at another dealer and having horrible ti I was looking for another BMW to lease. I was there on Saturday evening 30 min before closing because we were at another dealer and having horrible time with the sales person . decided to come here and met with Christine Terracciano , what a great experience i had with her. Obviously,we were there way past the show room closing time. She explain everything very nicely that made us very comfortable to lease another car. So make the story short the same night we lease another BMW :). I had few question later now too and Christine was always there to help me. She is very prompt to return the phone call or email. I don't think i will ever go to any other place to get another car as long as Christine is there to help me. I will highly recommend her and his dealer. More

Service department went down the drain! Prior to now, this dealer would have been given a 5 star for their service department. However my last experience with them was horrible and unless i Prior to now, this dealer would have been given a 5 star for their service department. However my last experience with them was horrible and unless it's an emergency, I will be hard pressed to ever return to the dealer. When I called the service department out for charging me 2 hours labor to replace an upper radiator hose and re-fill and purge the air from the cooling system, the service manager was very embarrassed and applied a credit for me. My wife's car, a month prior had the cooling system worked on (Expansion tank, hoses, thermostat, re-fill and purge the air) and was charged the same labor hours I was for just the upper hose. Besides the attempt to over-charge me for work, the service adviser, Glen was the worst adviser (service, client or parts) that I have ever come across at any BMW dealer in the past. The irony in this is that I was also looking for a Z4 while my car was in the shop I took one for a test drive with Ian Boyd, who was very good. However, after dealing with service, I decided to take my business to another dealer and purchased a Z4 from another dealer. So, they also lost the sale of a car! More

We had almost lost hope in BMW dealers as we felt the dealers treated you based on the current car you drive. Our first car was an Honda Accord and the dealers usually made me feel I was hoping too high for a BMW. The customer service I received was a top notch at Princeton BMW. Mike Watson is the sales person who helped me out and was very knowledgeable on all BMW products. My plan was to buy a 330 but just couldn't refuse to the offer they gave me on a 528. They were very courteous and worked with me to meet my expectations. If you ever plan to visit Princeton BMW , please ask for Mike Watson. I am sure other Sales guys are as good as Mike as it is always a team effort. More
