I feel terribly that we were not able to accommodate her and wish to ascertain if there was anyone at the center qualified to change a tire at the time she arrived. Unfortunately near the end of the business day we do not always have technicians available to do such a repair. Is it possible the folks she saw in the store were Service or Sales Advisors? If so, they would not have been able to complete the repair. If there were technicians on premises I totally agree that the repair should have been made on the spot and if this is the case you are totally justified in your assessment. In any case please call me to discuss as it is my aim to ensure that all of our customers are taken care of in the fashion befitting them as BMW owners. Thank you
