Incredible experience with Mike Watson and Princeton BMW We live over an hour away from Princeton BMW but we traveled that distance to work with Mike Watson again. Mike sold us our first X3 two years ago and We live over an hour away from Princeton BMW but we traveled that distance to work with Mike Watson again. Mike sold us our first X3 two years ago and when were considering upgrading to a new 2018 X3 we knew we had to work with Mike again. Mike took time with us to understand our must haves and our wish list and he was able to find us the most perfect X3 -we couldn't be more thrilled! Everyone at Princeton BMW is super nice and welcoming and the entire experience from start to finish was a pleasure. We also worked with Jowel in Finance and he was incredible. This Place keeps hitting a new low I had dropped off my vehicle as I was having issues with my Bluetooth and voice assist feature. I then got a call from the service advisor (Amy) sayin I had dropped off my vehicle as I was having issues with my Bluetooth and voice assist feature. I then got a call from the service advisor (Amy) saying that they checked the software and it was up to date and also that the tech who was working on the vehicle ran a couple of tests and was able to pair his phone and use the voice assist feature without any glitches so they said the vehicle seems to be fine. Okay if that's what they think, I guess they are the experts so you would think they have done there due diligence. But to my shock, when I got the vehicle I noticed that all my settings and presets were gone. My seat presets, radio presets, Bluetooth connected devices, Navigation settings, everything it was like they had performed a factory reset of the entire system !! Is this the shortcut you take when you are faced with solving problems ??? When I asked Amy about this she said that I was not suppose to loose all my data and that there is nothing they can do about it. Thats the attitude the people here have they just dont know what they are doing !! This place just never fails to find new ways to disappoint the customers. Early during the year my instrumentation cluster broke down and so I had my car towed to Princeton BMW as this is the closest BMW dealer to my place. They did such an amazing job that the vehicle then said that the next oil change was due in 30,000 miles and that the break pads were due in 200,000 miles !! I had to then take the car to a different BMW dealership to have the problem corrected. You would think that it would be a one-off instance so lets give this place a second chance but this place just keeps hitting a new low every time I go. I truly believe that this place lacks the technical ability to solve problems. Anything complicated than a regular oil change seems like a daunting task for this place !! More
