First of all, upon picking up my vehicle for the recent services, I find that there were requests that was promised to be completed but it was not. While I was at the dealership, I was told to seek the av services, I find that there were requests that was promised to be completed but it was not. While I was at the dealership, I was told to seek the available advisors at the time as the advisor I worked with was not in. Both Mr. Ditta and Mr. Stryker were there at the time, I was standing there in front of their station waited for over 5 minutes and they did not seem like to be bother until I approach them and they kind of pointing finger on each other "not feeling like to help". I was humiliated and felt somewhat racist by their action and gesture. Secondly, service advisor (Mr. Goodson) who served me as my advisor for the recent work order, promised me several items was going to be complete but it did not. I had tried to reach out to him by phone calls, voice message, even text, but I receive no return response. Eventually, I cannot help but wrote an email to Mr. William and Mr. Williams called me few days later and discussed the issue. I do not believe any customer should have to trace the service advisor around and be treated the way I experienced. Moreover, I have been a loyal customer in the past 5 years and referred to 10s of customers to Holman. I do not think there is anything can be done at this point but I hope this survey serves as a piece of perspective. More

I have leased many cars from many different dealers but none treated me like this dealership. Craig, the sales manager, was as professional, upfront and transparent as I’ve ever experienced. Clint, the M specialist, was knowledgeable, responsive and direct. You really can’t ask for more. I would recommend this dealership (and I already have) to anyone! I live over an hour away and went to 3 other dealerships. Princeton gave me the best price and by far the best service. I was in an out within an hour of deciding to lease the car (including them taking a picture of me with the new car!) Very happy with my BMW and with finding the best BMW team in NJ. More

BUYER BEWARE. Bought a used vehicle from this dealership one month ago and it now requires $5k worth of repairs, which Princeton won't take responsibility for. The glove box leather covering has completely one month ago and it now requires $5k worth of repairs, which Princeton won't take responsibility for. The glove box leather covering has completely peeled off, the trunk electric is unresponsive and the engine is having trouble. Jim Polito the GM told me "cars break down" in response to all of these repairs needed on a vehicle they inspected a month ago. I've had to file a complaint with corporate BMW in an effort to get this issue sorted since Princeton has been terrible to deal with. I drove a Mercedes for 10 years and never had issues like this. I would avoid Princeton BMW - they don't care about their customers or stand behind the products they are selling. More

Talk about first class through and through. Princeton BMW is more than a car dealership. From the moment I walked in for the first time I was greeted so warmly by all of their staff. I was extremely nervous is more than a car dealership. From the moment I walked in for the first time I was greeted so warmly by all of their staff. I was extremely nervous and stressed out about the entire process of buying a new car as I’ve been down this road before, however, Daniel Angelozzi made this process completely stress free, treated me like family, and made me feel right at home. His knowledge and professionalism are second to none. A 10/10 car buying experience that I highly recommend using. More
