All staff were great. Loaner car was waiting for me when I drove up to Service garage. Nicole my service coordinator was friendly, polite, and always smiling. Took my convertible BMW there. They charged me $2000 to fix my top. Looked up the parts and they were $300. So I was charged $1700 for 2 hours worth of work tried the top today for the first time and it do fix my top. Looked up the parts and they were $300. So I was charged $1700 for 2 hours worth of work tried the top today for the first time and it doesn’t work. They also washed my car , which was nice, but got grease all over the window. Definitely would not recommend them. More
I call the dealership on a Friday to ask to come see a vehicle i was interested in and was told to come in that following day. I drove an hour because i was really interested in the car and once i arrived vehicle i was interested in and was told to come in that following day. When i ask about the vehicle he basically just reads off what the website said and takes me to look at the Vehicle. After a few minutes he insist we start the paperwork and we do which we wait at least 2 hours just to be told that we will get a call Monday if we are approved. Monday comes around and i have to call the dealership to get an update. Im told i need to have a higher down payment and which i say i cant at the moment but if anything changes i will call back, not even 30 minutes later i call back to let them know i have the money and get told they will get in touch with the bank and give me an update. three days go by no update so i decide to call and they say they thought i was no longer interested. so i tell them i am and they say we need to go through the process once again. i agree and then get told to come in on saturday. From Thursday- Saturday there was very little communication and on Saturday i arrive and realize the vin number is different from the car i was interested. when i ask why, they say that this is the car i was asking about when clearly it was a different color and they didn't say a word to me. Soni wanted me to sign papers immediately without discussing anything. he then tells me the car was sold that Monday knowing i was only interested in that vehicle. I was given terrible customer service since the first day i arrived. More

The newest addition to the Holman Princeton family, Gregor Van Sise, who is a technology expert was able to explain how to use some of the new technology added to the 2021 Gran Coupe, which put my mind at ease and driving more exciting.
