Jana, I am sorry that you are having these issues with your vehicle. When we spoke the other day, I mentioned that the state requires us to offer a 2 month/2000 mile limited power train warranty on a 2014, but we placed a 6 month/6000 mile limited power train warranty on your vehicle. We also discussed that some of items would have been covered on the warranties that you declined, and I understand why, as they are expensive. When you expressed issues with the check engine light coming on, we would have gladly taken the car in to inspect the issue but that is not possible since you have driven the car to Nevada. Regardless, I asked you to send me a copy of the estimate from your mechanic out there and have still not received it. We have been, and remain willing to assist you with your vehicle.
