As an owner of 22 cars for my business, I have a lot of experience in dealerships. This week after visiting 4 BMW dealerships, I have to say BMW of Princeton is the best BMW in the trip stage without quest experience in dealerships. This week after visiting 4 BMW dealerships, I have to say BMW of Princeton is the best BMW in the trip stage without question. Besides being an extremely impressive and clean dealer. They have amazing offers for financing, got my in and out in 2 hours. I left with a beautiful X3. My sales rep Alex Escobar with manager Dan Angelozzi is a dream team in sales. They are professional, understand concerns and worked really hard to accommodate me. Dealers like this succeed because of there amazing standards of business. I couldn't be happier with how they operate!! Also there was a customer I over heard next to me, they spent hours addressing her concerns, in today's car buying market, this is an amazing quality. This dealer had a car in inventory that was hard to find and the car was delivered as promised. The leasing deal was very generous and was easily negotiated. The genius was extremely competent in the technological details of this vehicle and was patient with my husband and I during our sessions with him. Overall, it was a great experience and we will certainly plan on using this dealership for our servicing needs based on our experience with the other staff we have met. More
Rich Robinson is a consummate professional. He knows his product and has precisely the right approach to selling a car. Nicole was my service agent, she explained everything in as much detail as possible, she explained the benefit of diagnostic testing for my car (out of warranty so I look for assistance in determining what as much detail as possible, she explained the benefit of diagnostic testing for my car (out of warranty so I look for assistance in determining what to do), she and the service tech (using the cool video of my car's parts being examined) explained what work was being suggested, and I was very confident that having all of the work suggested was warranted and beneficial. I live near Ocean's Circle BMW but I am happy to drive a bit over an hour to Princeton BMW since the customer service atmosphere is so much more pleasant. Also, I am not a car techy and having someone like Nicole explain the tech stuff in easy to understand English (without making me feel like a moron) was very helpful. Thank you, Eric More

Love my 2015 740iL, hate the fact that neither my original salesman Chris Miranda & the finance “manager” Jowell Ahmed never return my calls after I purchased the supposed CPO vehicle. Very shady of original salesman Chris Miranda & the finance “manager” Jowell Ahmed never return my calls after I purchased the supposed CPO vehicle. Very shady of them in the “bait & switch” practice. The car i purchased was a CPO vehicle with @ 3 months left in the warranty. I specifically asked if the extended BMW CPO Platinum warranty was available to purchase for the car & both Mr Miranda & Mr Ahmed assured me the extended warranty I paid over $3,000 for was from BMW & not a third party. Turns out the warranty is from an independent vendor, I found out the hard way after having a mechanical issue. If i knew that the car I bought was A) not eligible for thr BMW extended platinum CPO plan or B) the inferior warranty plan i signed for, I would not have purchased the vehicle. Phone calls go un returned if I even can get anyone to pick up the phone. Waiting for the canned “we’re sorry” response….. I would not reccomend this dealer due to the bait & switch they pulled on me & never getting back to me. More
