Awesome service experience! Took my 2018 BMW 740iXD for yearly maintenance and the whole service staff could not have done anything better. From the greeters, the loaner car representative, service technic yearly maintenance and the whole service staff could not have done anything better. From the greeters, the loaner car representative, service technician (Tom) and my BMW Service Advisor (Tyler Worrell) all provided excellent and timely service. What a bunch of delightful friendly bunch! They even washed my car! What a pleasant experience! More
Stereotypical bait and switch still exists. Dealer advertised a car on Autotrader and then tried to add $995 on for a dealer installed option they claim they put on every car. I was welcomed right as i stepped through the entrance and treat was great. Gregor was the salesman that took care of myself through the entire process and everything was fast and smooth. I have used the service department for the last 12-years. The service team - especially Dennis Kogout - have always been excellent. Thanks to Jim Polito (General Manager @ Princeton BMW) for restoring my faith in car dealerships & service departments! My 2018 BMW X1 (leased new from Princeton BMW in Dec. 2018 with 104 miles on it) had for restoring my faith in car dealerships & service departments! My 2018 BMW X1 (leased new from Princeton BMW in Dec. 2018 with 104 miles on it) had a scheduled maintenance service and brake service needed and luckily I had purchased the brake maintenance extension. We had recently moved several towns over and, although my X1 was leased new and still within the 3 yrs/36 miles time period, the in-service date of the car, (according to BMW NA) was in April 2018, so essentially the maintenance and upgrade expired 4/2021, so needless to say, we weren't too happy since the car technically had 9 months more left on it. I had reached out to Princeton BMW regarding this dilemma and Jim Polito made everything right and honored the warranty & covered the scheduled maintenance. He reached out to his service team and arranged this service to be covered. Jim truly went over and above to provide excellent customer satisfaction. If you live in the area, I highly recommend that you consider them for your future BMW needs! Well done Princeton BMW!! More
