The Princeton BMW service center is always top notch no matter who i work with there, and makes it really easy to keep buying BMWs. The service techs are great, and i wanted to specifically shoutout Paul matter who i work with there, and makes it really easy to keep buying BMWs. Not a fan of the non-negotiable price policy. Our salesperson was responsive, informative and kind. But we did not feel that the dealership really wanted to delight us and earn our business. I had a wonderful experience at Princeton BMW! The Sales Rep who worked with me was Evan Ferlita. He was terrific! I first called to inquire about the auto from the dealership's website. Evan was prompt, an Rep who worked with me was Evan Ferlita. He was terrific! I first called to inquire about the auto from the dealership's website. Evan was prompt, answered some questions, sent me photos of vehicle (which were not yet uploaded online), and addressed everything via phone/text. I asked for more photos and he very quickly sent them to me. I schedule an appmt to view/test the car for 2 days later. At the dealership, Evan was great! Showed me the features, answered all of my questions and made the process pretty simple. The Sales Mgr Anthony McGeehan was also excellent. Both were quite personable and nice to work with. Everyone was nice and had a great friendly attitude. Evan and Anthony were professional, very attentive, and made the purchase happen seamlessly that very same day! As they prepared the paperwork and detailed the car, we went for a quick bite down the street (after 8hrs of being at the dealership and coming from NYS 2hrs away), and Evan texted me to say everything was ready. My transaction probably kept Evan, Anthony, and Oscar later than usual.. as I finalized the deal Evan even helped me remove my personal belongings from the old to the new car, answered more questions, set up my bluetooth and I was on my way! Honestly, I didn't think I'd leave that same day with a new car, but it happened (saved me another 2hr/4hr trip) and they made the process quite easy without any hiccups! I would definitely purchase another car from Princeton BMW and surely will recommend to others. More

All my past experiences with the finance managers, they were aggressive and condescending when I declined additional services offered. With Clint, it was a great experience. He explained everything and was very helpful. He even explained about the BMWCCA rebate. More
