Worst experience in the history of buying cars from this dealership. I have been buying or leasing BMWs from this dealership since before Holman owned it. This would have been my sixth BMW from them but the dealership. I have been buying or leasing BMWs from this dealership since before Holman owned it. This would have been my sixth BMW from them but the salesperson killed that. He was either distracted or just not knowledgeable and it felt like he could not have cared less if he sold a car or not. He did not listen to me and did not explain what he was doing the several times he walked away. At one point, I was left to sit there for about 20 minutes only to find out that he had taken my current car into the shop for an inspection. Did not ask permission or inform me what he was about to do. This dealership has continued to go downhill and I will never purchase another vehicle from them. (Dude is so bad he's not even listed on the drop down for their sales department here!) More
