Worst experience in the history of buying cars from this dealership. I have been buying or leasing BMWs from this dealership since before Holman owned it. This would have been my sixth BMW from them but the dealership. I have been buying or leasing BMWs from this dealership since before Holman owned it. This would have been my sixth BMW from them but the salesperson killed that. He was either distracted or just not knowledgeable and it felt like he could not have cared less if he sold a car or not. He did not listen to me and did not explain what he was doing the several times he walked away. At one point, I was left to sit there for about 20 minutes only to find out that he had taken my current car into the shop for an inspection. Did not ask permission or inform me what he was about to do. This dealership has continued to go downhill and I will never purchase another vehicle from them. (Dude is so bad he's not even listed on the drop down for their sales department here!) More

My first experience with Princeton BMW was excellent throughout, from scheduling an appointment online until the time I picked up my vehicle after the service was completed. Everyone was friendly, competent and helpful, including my service advisor, Lucas Stryker, who promptly kept me abreast of the progress of the work. I brought my mother, who has moderate Alzheimer's disease and is quite disabled, with me to drop off my loaner car and pick up my SUV, and as I was paying my bill the staff at the front entrance of the service department treated her with tender loving care, giving her a bottle of cold water on a hot June afternoon and finding a place for her to rest, driving my SUV close to the entrance so that she wouldn't need to walk as far, and escorting her to my vehicle, which was a very nice and warm end to an overall pleasant experience. I had previously used Nalley BMW in Decatur, Georgia when I lived in Atlanta, but now that I've moved back to the Delaware Valley to care for my mother I will gladly use Princeton BMW for all my maintenance and service needs. More
