As last time the winner would be Hector Heredia who made my waiting time more pleasant. I was given an estimated time of 40 minutes to have wipers replaced and it took about an hour. In the mean time I shopped inside the dealership and I was sorry to hear that Anthony (from parts department) left the business. He also provided outstanding customer service on my last visit. So overall thanks to Hector I will be coming back. When the time comes give this guy a promotion and a raise. And I am looking forward to see Parm Gill on my next visit as he was off on Saturday. My service advisor, Dana, was amazing and phenomenal! However, the length of time to complete my car's oil change and a couple of other SMALL services was horribly long! I should've been IN-AND-OUT withi However, the length of time to complete my car's oil change and a couple of other SMALL services was horribly long! I should've been IN-AND-OUT within 1.5 hours MAX! I was there for OVER THREE HOURS! I missed my goddaughter's first ballet recital because of the painfully slow work on my car! My appoint was for 10 am. Based on when I received my video report from the technician, my car wasn't even seen for over an hour, 1.5 hours! Ridiculous! I planned my time accordingly, so that I would not miss her recital. BMW wasted MY time AND MY day! I could not believe how long it took to complete such menial tasks. My good friend is a master technician for BMW of Doylestown. When I told him about what happened, he said what was done should've been 1.5 at most! Again, Dana was awesome, trying to make the situation better for me, but it was not in control to make the snail-like technician in the back work in a timely manner. I also called and relayed my beyond disappointing experience to the Service Manager, Scott. The only reason I gave 5-stars is because I don't want this to negatively impact Dana's performance. I'm a loyal customer to BMW, as this is where I purchased my vehicle, but this was AWFUL! More
