UPDATE 14 MAR 2025: I am changing my rating to 5 stars after interacting with the General Manager, Angelo Nori, who patiently listened to me and addressed my concerns. Princeton BMW is refunding the Starg after interacting with the General Manager, Angelo Nori, who patiently listened to me and addressed my concerns. Princeton BMW is refunding the Stargard fees and taxes. Angelo also clarified that the 1.99% APR is available only for 48 months, not 60 months. I truly appreciate Angelo's transparency and fairness. Given how promptly my concerns were addressed, I would consider Princeton BMW for my next car purchase. Initial Comments 13 Mar 2025: Overall, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. While I was presented with various financing options, I overlooked the charge of $995 for accessories, which I later learned was for the Stargard tracking system. When I pointed this out during the final paperwork with the financing specialist, I was informed that this charge was mandatory and could not be canceled. However, I was not made aware of this charge or the mandatory nature of the Stargard system until the final stages of signing, which was disappointing. Given that we had been at Princeton BMW for several hours and I had my young children with me, I decided to proceed rather than prolong the situation, but I felt pressured. Had I known earlier that this was a mandatory charge, I would have made a more informed decision. I find it concerning that such important details were not communicated upfront. Princeton BMW is part of the Holman Automotive Group, and one of Holman’s core values is Doing What’s Right (which stands for transparency, fairness, and trust). Unfortunately, Princeton BMW’s actions did not align with this value, as they failed to provide transparency and, as a result, lost my trust. I would hate to have to rule out Princeton BMW for any future car purchases. More

As last time the winner would be Hector Heredia who made my waiting time more pleasant. I was given an estimated time of 40 minutes to have wipers replaced and it took about an hour. In the mean time I shopped inside the dealership and I was sorry to hear that Anthony (from parts department) left the business. He also provided outstanding customer service on my last visit. So overall thanks to Hector I will be coming back. When the time comes give this guy a promotion and a raise. And I am looking forward to see Parm Gill on my next visit as he was off on Saturday.
